Description
(産業上の利用分野)
本発明は、セントラル給湯システムの二線式信
号多重リモートコントロール方法に関する。
(従来の技術)
従来の給湯システムの二線式信号多重リモート
コントロール方法では、給湯機側の本体コントロ
ーラに対してメインリモートコントローラ(メイ
ンリモコン)とフロリモートコントローラ(フロ
リモコン)の他に、サブリモートコントローラ
(サブリモコン)が設けられることがある。(以
下、リモートコントローラを略してリモコンとい
う。)この場合、フロリモコンにのみこれで設定
される設定温度を優先させる温調優先切換手段が
設けられているが、他のメインリモコンやサブリ
モコンには温調優先切換手段が設けられておら
ず、また、サブリモコンへの温調切換方法が確立
されていなかつたので、サブリモコンに温度設定
器を組込めないという問題があつた。
本発明は、上記の事情に鑑み、例えば、フロリ
モコンのような最も設定温度を優先されるべきリ
モコンのみに温調優先切換手段が設けられたセン
トラル給湯システムの二線式信号多重リモートコ
ントロール方法において、他のリモコンのいずれ
からでもその温調優先切換手段の切換操作が簡単
に行なえるようにすることを目的とするものであ
る。
(実施例)
本発明では、本体コントローラ1および各リモ
コン2,3,4間で、次表で示すように、優先さ
れる温調信号を送信するリモコンを指定する温調
切換信号とフロリモコンとの間で温調優先切換手
段による温調切換対象のリモコンを指定する対象
リモコン判別信号と温調信号等とからなる信号が
送受信される。各リモコン2,3,4には運転ス
イツチ2a,3a,4aが夫々設けられ、いずれ
かのリモコンの運転スイツチを給湯中に切操作す
れば給湯機は給湯を停止し、給湯停止中に入操作
すれば給湯が開始或いは開始可能な状態となる。
又各リモコン2,3,4ではその運転スイツチ2
a,3a,4aの入操作を行えば、表1に示すよ
うな温調切換信号Aと対象リモコン判別信号Bの
信号が設定されて本体コントローラ1に送信さ
れ、本体コントローラ1では、上記の信号に基づ
き優先されるリモコンの温調信号で給湯機を制御
するようにしてある。

優先させるには、温調優先切換手段4cを切換操
作すれば良く、その切換操作でフロリモコン4の
温調信号で給湯機が運転される。尚かかる状態で
は温調優先の切換えはメインリモコン2とフロリ
モコン4間で行われる。
次に運転スイツチの入操作をフロリモコン4で
行つた場合、温調切換信号Aが0、対象リモコン
判別信号Bが1で、フロリモコン4で設定した温
調信号で給湯機が運転されると共に、温調優先の
切換えはメインリモコン2とフロリモコン4間で
行われる。
そして、運転スイツチの入操作をサブリモコン
3で行つた場合、温調切換信号Aが1、対象リモ
コン判別信号Bが0に夫々設定され、サブリモコ
ン3で設定した温調信号で給湯機が運転されると
共に、温調優先の切換えはサブリモコン3とフロ
リモコン4間で行われる。
又例えばメインリモコン2側で温調優先を行つ
ている状態からサブリモコン3側で温調設定を行
いたい場合は一旦運転スイツチ3aをオフした後
再度オンすれば表1のようにサブリモコン3側で
温調設定が可能となるのである。
(発明の効果)
以上のように、本発明に係る方法では、各リモ
コンの運転スイツチのオン操作によりフロリモコ
ンと温調切換対象となるリモコンを選択するよう
にしたので温調切換手段が設けられていないリモ
コンからでも温調切換を行うことができ、又サブ
