<Prior art> As shown in Fig. 7, the dry cleaning mechanism currently in use involves putting dirty clothes into a drying machine a, and then drying the clothes at high speed by a rotating drum in the drying machine a. While rotating the dryer, a petroleum-based or fluorine-based cleaning solution is injected into the drying machine a from inside the base tank b, and dirt adhering to the clothes is removed while being dissolved in the cleaning solution, The cleaning solution is sent into the base tank b again. The cleaning solution sent into the base tank b often contains small particles or impurities, so it is necessary to remove them and circulate them before reusing them. , d are provided, and a low-output pump motor e is used to circulate and remove dust.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the above dry cleaning mechanism, filters c and d can remove small dust contained in the solution, but impurities such as dirt dissolved in the solution or impurities contained in clothes must be removed. The water contained in the solution cannot be removed, and it becomes sludge-like and precipitates at the bottom of the base tank b, making the entire solution easy to oxidize, which causes the solution to become colored or develop a bad odor. Problems such as insufficient drying or color adhesion to objects tend to occur. Therefore, it is now necessary to periodically clean the inside of the base tank b or replace the solution, and it is also necessary to replace the filters c and d in a short period of time.

In an embodiment having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. By connecting the base tank B with the filtered oil delivery pipe 14 through the oil delivery pipe 15' from the innermost part of the base tank B, the cleaning solution is transferred through the primary filtration tank 7 and the secondary filtration tank 10. The circulation mechanism is composed of
That is, the dirty cleaning solution in the base tank B is pumped by the motor pump 9 into the crude oil suction pipe 8.
The filter material 1 is then sent into the primary filtration tank 7, where the filter material 1 made of diatomaceous earth is porous and has water absorption properties.
6, fine particles contained in the cleaning solution are removed, and the cleaning solution is further sent into the lower part of the secondary filtration tank 10 through the connecting pipe 11. In addition, since the water contained in the cleaning solution sent into the lower part of the secondary filtration tank 10 has a higher specific gravity than the cleaning solution, it sinks downward and is separated from the solution into the water storage section 12. It is housed in a tank and releases only water by opening and closing a stopper valve 13. Furthermore, the cleaning solution separated from water is passed through a filter medium 17 made of activated carbon having decolorizing and deodorizing abilities, which is housed in a secondary filtration tank 10.
By filtering the inside, the color and odor attached to the cleaning solution are completely removed, and the filtered oil delivery pipe 1

In this embodiment having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. A cleaning solution circulation mechanism is configured through the filtration tank 20 by connecting it to the filtration oil delivery pipe 14 through the oil delivery pipe 15' from the innermost part of the base tank B. The dirty cleaning solution in the base tank B is first permeated through the crude oil suction pipe 8 into the primary filtration layer 18 by the motor pump 9, so that it is contained in the cleaning solution. Fine particles are removed, and color and odor attached to the cleaning solution are completely removed by passing through the secondary filtration layer 19, and moisture contained in the cleaning solution is separated by specific gravity from the solution. The cleaning solution stored in the water storage part 12 and released only by opening and closing the stopper valve 13, and further separated from the water, is passed from the filtered oil delivery pipe 14 to the oil delivery pipe 15'. It is sent into base tank B,
The interior of the base tank B is sufficiently stirred by this circulation mechanism.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, the cleaning solution is forcibly circulated while stirring the inside of the base tank, and is allowed to pass through the first filtration layer and the second filtration layer. By completely removing particulate dirt, odor, and color contained in the cleaning solution, and separating and removing moisture, it is possible to completely dry the clothes and eliminate stains and colors on the clothes. This has various effects such as completely eliminating the problem of adhesion and also eliminating the possibility of sludge-like dirt or water settling at the bottom of the base tank.
