型2をセツトして、この裏型2に形成されている

ド4を注入した後、上記開口部にゴム栓5を取り
付けて、自然または加熱によりコンパウンド4を
硬化させていた。 ところが実際の作業上ではコンパウンドのゲル
化時間を30分程度に調整するのが一般的であり、
この時間内に裏型の開口部より注入を完了するに
はコンパウンドの粘度が高いために困難であり、
たとえ注入することができたとしても、開口部付
近は空気が抜けにくいために、空洞が発生して不
良となることが多かつた。

しかして本発明は、洗面ボールの表面凹部の形
成用の表型と、洗面ボールの周部裏面形成用の第
1裏型と、洗面ボールの裏面の排水口周辺部形成
用の第2裏型とからなり、第1裏型に対して第2
裏型が着脱自自在とされていることに特徴を有す
るものであり、コンパウンドの注入作業を表型に
第1裏型のみをセツトした場合と、第2裏型もセ
ツトした場合との2度にわけて行なえるようにし
たものである。 以下本発明を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述する
と、ここにおける成形型は、表型1と第1裏型2
1、そして第2裏型22の3つで構成されてい
る。表型1は洗面ボールの表面凹部及びこの洗面
ボールと一体となるカウンターの表面との形成用
であり、第1裏型21は洗面ボールの周部裏面な
らびにカウンターの裏面の形成用であり、また第
2裏型22は洗面ボール裏面における排水口の周
辺部形成用のものであつて、表型1に対して第1
裏型21が着脱自在とされ、更に第1裏型21に
対して第2裏型22が着脱自在とされている。第
2裏型22には、コンパウンド4の注入用であり
且つ排水口を形成するためのゴム栓5を差し込む
ための開口部24があけられている。 しかして成形に際しては、まず下型である表型
1の表面に前記従来例と同様にゲルコートをスプ
レー塗布して硬化させる。この後、第1図aに示
すように、表型1に対してコンパウンド4を半分
程度流し込み、ついで第1図bに示すように、第
1裏型21のみを表型1上にセツトして固定し、
第1裏型21における第2裏型22の装着部であ
るところの大きな開口23よりコンパウンド4を
流し込む。しかる後に、第1図cに示すように、
第1裏型21に対して第2裏型22を固定し、第
2裏型22の開口部24よりコンパウンド4を更
に流し込んだ後、第1図dに示すように、開口部
24にゴム栓を差し込み、ついで自然または加熱
によりコンパウンド4を硬化させる。硬化後に第
1及び第2裏型21,22を外し、洗面ボールと
カウンターとが一体に形成された成形品を表型1
より抜型する。 コンパウンド4を注入するにあたり、まず第1
裏型21のみをセツトして、この第1裏型21に
おける第2裏型22の装着用の大きな開口23よ
りコンパウンド4をいつきに流し込むことができ
るために、コンパウンド4の注入に必要な時間を
大幅に短縮することができるものであり、しかも
排水口近辺については、第2裏型22をセツトし
た後、わずかな量のコンパウンド4を注入すれば
よいだけとなつているために、排水口近辺に空洞
が発生することは全くなくなるものである。
