There was nothing that said that. In addition, some products that have been commercialized are barrel-shaped, in contrast to the cylindrical shape of ordinary steel closed drums, in order to achieve structural strength with minimal weight. In addition, there was no protrusion called a chime, which would be a place for gripping the drum when the drum was lifted and transported. For this reason, the existing transportation device used for drum cans could not be used as is, and a new transportation device specifically for containers made of synthetic resin had to be prepared.

Unless these issues are resolved, it will be difficult to use synthetic resin for large containers.

It consists of a synthetic resin ring member that is flat and has an integrally formed protrusion that engages with the groove,
The upper surface of the peripheral edge of the container body is formed into an inclined surface, and the cross-sectional shape of the groove is formed to be approximately the same as the ridge, so that the container body and the ring member are integrally connected, and the ring member is used to secure the container. A lifting chime is provided around the top of the main body.

Furthermore, when forming the container body 1, if the entrance/exit 18 is set at the position of the parting line and the compression 19 is provided along the parting line, the shape of the parting line becomes simple, making deburring work easier. It becomes easier.

Preheat. Although this preheating temperature varies depending on the synthetic resin, the elastic modulus decreases when fitting, and the protruding edge 22 fits into the peripheral edge 13 due to pressure from above.
It further fits into the groove 15 and reaches a temperature range in which the upper side 15a of the groove 15 and the upper side 22a of the protruding edge 22 engage with each other.

Next, when the ring member 2 is pressed in this state, the protruding edges 22 are pushed apart by the mutual inclined surfaces, move the peripheral edge 13 downward, and are pushed into the groove 15. The lower end of the ring member 2 is in contact with the stepped portion 16, and the protruding edge 22 is fitted into the groove 15 and the groove upper side 1

うことができる利点を有する。 Therefore, in the present invention, even if the container main body is made of synthetic resin, it can be handled in the same manner as a conventional steel closed drum by the ring member engaged with the periphery of the top surface. In addition, since the upper circumferential surface of the closing top surface is formed into an inclined surface, the ring member can easily come into contact with the upper part of the container body, and even if a flattening load is generated when the ring member is press-fitted, the ring member will be tilted due to the flattening load. This has the advantage that the container body and the ring member can be connected very easily, such as the projecting edge portions being evenly spread and engaging with the grooves without causing any problems.
