本発明は、杭埋設時において杭の埋設を容易に
するため、あるいは杭埋設完了後の杭周面摩擦力
を調整するために、杭埋設と同時にそれぞれの目
的に合つた流体注入用管を杭のコンクリート肉厚
部に埋込んだコンクリート杭に関するものであ

面にグラウト材を充填し、杭周面摩擦力を回復あ
るいは低下させる杭の中掘埋設工法もいくつか実
施されている。そして、これらの杭埋設工法にお
いて、それぞれの目的に合つた流体を供給する流
体注入用管が予め杭の内厚部に設けられている場
合も多々ある。このような場合、外部の流体供給
用管路と杭内部管の接続部は、(a)杭側面、(b)継手
端板面のいずれかに設けられているが、(a)(b)いず
れの場合もそれぞれ次に述べるような欠点を有す
る。即ち、杭側面に接続部を設けた場合、上杭と
下杭との接続部は、杭外周面より突出した状態に
なり、杭埋設時に地盤との摩擦抵抗で破損する可
能性が大きい。また、継手端板面上に接続部を設
けた場合は、杭頭部をキヤツプで抑えて杭を埋設
する必要があり、該キヤツプを注入流体が漏れ出
さないように複雑な構造とする必要があつたり、
キヤツプの流体供給口と杭の接続部やあるいはそ
れらの部分での流体の漏れ防止めシール等複雑な
問題を解決しなければならなかつた。また、杭と
杭との間に接続部での注入管の相互の取合いも正
確に接続する必要があつた。
