ニル樹脂ゾルを塗布する際に行なわれるマスキン
グ方法において、マスキング材としてアンダーコ
ート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾルの主要樹脂成分である
塩化ビニル樹脂と同種の塩化ビニル系樹脂からな
るテープ材を用い、該テープで前記部品取付けの
孔を覆つたのちにアンダーコート用塩化ビニル樹
脂ゾルを車体に塗布し、アンダーコート用塩化ビ
ニル樹脂ゾル焼付時に、該テープ材を、車体より
剥離させることなく塗布されたアンダーコート用
塩化ビニル樹脂ゾルと一体硬化させることを特徴

グ方法によれば、従来のマスキング方法では避け
ることのできなかつたアンダーコート用塩化ビニ
ル樹脂ゾルの未塗布部分ができていない。硬化完
了後、第1c図に示されるようにアンダーコート
用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾル塗布部の反対側よりボルト
が取り付けられる。このばあいに、ボルト孔3内
にはテープ1によるマスキングの結果、アンダー
コート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾルが侵入していないの

ンを図ることができる。また車体にマスキングに
よるアンダーコート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾルの未塗
布部分ができないため、確実な防錆効果をうるこ

際に行なわれるマスキング方法において、マスキ
ング材としてアンダーコート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾ
ルの主要樹脂成分である塩化ビニル系樹脂と同種
の塩化ビニル系樹脂からなるテープ材を用い、該
テープ材で前記部品取付用の孔を覆つたのちにア
ンダーコート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾルを車体に塗布
し、アンダーコート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾル焼付時
に、該テープ材を、車体より剥離させることなく
塗布されたアンダーコート用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾル
と一体硬化させることを特徴とするアンダーコー
ト用塩化ビニル樹脂ゾル塗布時のマスキング方
