≪発明の目的≫
≪産業上の利用分野≫
本発明は、安渠、共同溝、マンホール等に使用
する管状のコンクリート製品や側溝、水路等に使
用するU字状コンクリート製品の型枠、特に、連
結部の止水パツキンを埋設するに適したコンクリ

≪従来の技術≫
従来、コンクリート製品に止水パツキンを取付
けるには、第5図に示すごとく、連結単面のせき
板30内面に突条31を設け、コンクリートを流
し込み硬化後型枠を脱型し、第6図に示すごと
く、コンクリート連結端面に溝32を形成した。
そして、同図に示すごとく、溝32内にパツキン
33をモルタル34で固定するか、あるいは接着

≪発明が解決しようとする問題点≫
上述のように、従来の止水パツキンの取付け
は、コンクリート製品を作成した後にモルタルや
接着剤により行なつていたため作業能率が悪く、
さらに、モルタルによる場合にはモルタルの硬化
期間が必要であり、モルタルとコンクリートの間
から水が入りやすく止水機能に問題が有り、接着
剤による場合には運搬時や施工時にパツキンが外

で、第1図に示すごとく、一方の連結端面のせき
板1内面に、その端面形状に適合する形状で、頂
部にパツキン4を嵌着するための溝3を有する突
条2を固着したことを特徴とするコンクリート製
品の型枠である。突条は、コンクリート製品の端
面形状に適合する形状であり、管製品においては
貫通孔を囲繞する環状をなし、U字状製品におい
てはU字状をなす。突条2は、例えば第1図のご
とく、せき板の穴5から溶接により固着される。
溝3およびこれに嵌着されるパツキン4の先端部
の断面形状は、コンクリート流し込みの衝撃にも
外れないように、図示のような略四辺形断面であ
