(Problem to be solved by the invention) Therefore, as shown in FIG.
When deep drawing, the skin h is completely adsorbed to the mold surface m and formed, while the base fabric k is stretched to follow the base fabric k due to the difference in extensibility from the skin h. However, there was a problem in that part of the base fabric k was peeled off from the skin h during molding.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention involves vacuum forming a multilayer sheet in which a base fabric is laminated onto a synthetic resin skin, and then expanding the multilayer sheet so that the base fabric is in contact with the surface of a mold. The gist of the present invention is a forming method in which the molded multilayer sheet is turned inside out and the stretched part is vacuum-formed again so that the skin is in contact with the mold surface.

(Function) When forming a multilayer sheet, the method of the present invention first performs vacuum forming with the base fabric facing down, presses the base fabric with the skin and stretches it, and then turns the formed multilayer sheet inside out. It is constructed so that it is vacuum-formed again with the skin facing down to form a predetermined molded shape.

A multilayer sheet 1, which is a material to be molded, is formed by laminating a base fabric 3 such as cloth with an adhesive or the like on the back side of an outer skin 2 formed into a non-ventilated sheet of synthetic resin material such as soft vinyl chloride. ing.

First, a multilayer sheet 1 cut into a predetermined shape is placed between an upper mold 4 and a lower mold 5 of a vacuum forming machine with the skin 2 on the upper side and the base fabric 3 on the lower side, and heated with a heater. Then, the upper mold 5 is moved downward to pinch the peripheral edge of the multilayer sheet 1 between the peripheral edges of the upper and lower molds 4 and 5, and the air in the lower mold 5 is sucked through the suction hole 5b. is vacuum-formed so that the base fabric 3 is in contact with the mold surface 5a of the lower mold 5, thereby forming the stretched portion 1a in a concave shape.
When forming this multilayer sheet 1, the base fabric 3 is pressed against the skin 2 by suction against the non-breathable skin 2, and is stretched so as to bite into the skin 2.
and base fabric 3 are integrally molded.

Next, the molded multilayer sheet 1 is taken out from the lower die 5, the stretched portion 1a projects upward, and the outer skin 2 is turned upside down so that the lower side is in contact with the die surface 5a.

Then, the upper mold 4 is moved down to suck the air in the lower mold 5, and the stretched part 1a is vacuum-formed again so that the skin 2 is in full contact with the mold surface 4a of the lower mold 4, and the rolled part is turned over. The portion 1a is formed in a concave shape.

Furthermore, the molded multilayer sheet 1 is held in the lower mold 5, and a foam stock solution such as polyurethane is injected into the stretching section 1a to cause foaming, and the cushion body 6 is filled into the stretching section 1a and the base Covering material H fixed to cloth 3

Now, in this example, a multilayer sheet 1 in which a base fabric 3 is laminated on the back surface of a skin 2 is vacuum-formed so that the base fabric 3 is in contact with the mold surface 5a of the lower mold 5, and the stretched portion 1a is formed in a concave shape. Thereafter, the molded multilayer sheet 1 is turned over and vacuum formed again so that the stretched portion 1a is brought into contact with the mold surface 5a.

For this reason, in the first molding, the base fabric 3 is pressed by the skin 2 and stretched so that the base fabric 3 is bitten into the skin 2, and the adhesive state between the skin 2 and the base fabric 3 is strengthened to form a multilayer sheet. 1 can be molded.

In the second molding, even if insufficiently stretched parts are formed during the first molding, such as at the corners 7 of the stretched part 1a, these insufficiently stretched parts are stretched again and corrected. The sheet 1 can be molded into an appropriate shape in which the entire stretched portion 1a is in close contact with the mold surface 5a.

Therefore, it is possible to accurately deep-draw the multilayer sheet 1 by eliminating the problem of peeling between the skin 2 and the base fabric 3 during molding, as well as to make the molded shape of the molded product accurate and to improve the laminated structure of the molded product. It has the effect of strengthening and stabilizing and improving the quality of molded products.

Further, since the molding process and the integral foaming process can be performed using the same mold, the manufacturing process of the facing material H can be streamlined.

(Effects of the Invention) That is, the present invention forms a stretched portion by vacuum forming a multilayer sheet in which a base fabric is laminated on a synthetic resin skin so that the base fabric is in contact with the mold surface of a mold. Then, the molded multilayer sheet is reversed and the stretched portion is vacuum-formed again so that the skin is in contact with the mold surface, thereby eliminating the problem of peeling between the skin and the base fabric. This has the effect of not only making it possible to accurately deep-draw a multilayer sheet by excluding the molded product, but also stabilizing the quality of the molded product.
