ようになしたものである。[Prior Art and Problems] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-124426 has been proposed as a conventional device of this type. This involves dropping the sheets of paper one by one from the paper storage section onto the feeding path of the cultivation container under their own weight, feeding the cultivation container into the feeding path via a flexible wire, and pressing the sheets of paper that have fallen under their own weight into contact with each other. This allows the paper to bend to follow the shape of the mouth of the cultivation container.

要で構造が複雑でコスト的にも不利である。 This type of device has the advantage of being able to bend the paper to follow the shape of the container's mouth by using the feeding of the cultivation container, but on the other hand, the paper that falls under its own weight may deviate from the desired state. In addition, when the cultivation container is pressed against the paper, the paper may shift upward or downward from the desired state, which tends to cause problems in terms of wrapping accuracy. There is. This kind of problem is relatively rare when the paper is flat and stiff and new, but this paper is used repeatedly dozens of times, and as the number of uses increases, the paper becomes more flexible. The actual situation is that problems such as slipping and deformation become apparent, making it difficult to implement this type of automatic cigarette winding device. Another device of this type has been proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 146750/1983. In this case, the topmost paper in the stack is held by suction, one end of the paper is fed upright to a guide position provided close to the mouth of the container, and an endless belt stretched around a pulley is moved. It is wrapped around the mouth of the container. However, although it is relatively rare for new paper to be flat and stiff, this paper is used repeatedly dozens of times, and as the number of uses increases, the paper may warp or become deformed. If the lower end of the paper fed along the guide is deformed or bent, it may shift vertically or tilt the paper, making it difficult to wrap it around the opening of the container, and the pulley A motor is also required to drive the rotation, making the structure complicated and disadvantageous in terms of cost.

aの周面に押接し保持される。 Reference numeral 6 denotes a pair of left and right arms that are arranged to face the paper 2 stored in the paper storage section 1. At the tip of each arm 6, a mounting piece 8 of a suction cup 7, which is a suction member, is attached to a spindle 9. Therefore, the mounting piece 8 is pivoted so as to be able to swing in the lateral direction, and the mounting piece 8 is always given an elastic force by the spring 10 so as to swing inward, and is shown inclined inward at approximately 45 degrees. It is designed to be held by a stopper that does not Reference numeral 11 denotes an inversion shaft to which the base of the arm 6 to which the suction cup 7 is attached is fixed, and a pair of left and right receiving plates 12 are supporting members.
It is centered on Reference numeral 13 denotes a spring, one end of which is fixed to a point 14 spaced apart from the support shaft 9 of the mounting piece 8, and the other end of which holds the suction cup 7 against the force of the spring 10, almost parallel to the surface of the paper 2. The reversing shaft 11 of the receiving plate 12 is
A space 14 on the opposite side of the paper storage section 1
It is fixed at a. Further, the reversing shaft 11 is appropriately provided with a reversing mechanism 15. To give an example, a rack 17 is disposed in mesh with a pinion 16 provided on the reversing shaft 11, and a lifting rod 18 is disposed on the rack 17. The upper end of the lifting rod 18 is connected so as to be freely raised and lowered, and one end of a link 20 rotatably provided around a support shaft 19 is pivotally supported at the lower end of the elevator rod 18. A roller 21 is pivotally supported on this link 20. 21 is engaged with a cam 22. 23 connects the roller 21 to the cam 2
This is a spring that elastically engages with the 2. 27 is the mouth part 2 of the cultivation container 26 supplied to the paper wrapping part 25
It is a curved paper presser provided close to 6a, and is provided so as to be movable forward and backward by a control mechanism.
27a is a retaining member that positions the cultivation container 26 at the paper wrapping location 25. Although not shown, paper presser 2
When the suction cup 7 moves forward, the negative pressure generating device of the suction cup 7 is turned off, and when the suction cup 7 moves backward, it is turned on. Alternatively, a rotary actuator may be connected to the reversing shaft to perform reversing operation without using a pinion rack. Therefore, when the paper storage unit 1 moves forward by an appropriate control mechanism as shown in FIGS. paper 2 being pulled by
It comes into contact with and is attracted to the suction cup 7 which is in a state almost parallel to the surface of. Thereafter, when the paper storage section 1 is moved back by an appropriate control mechanism, the paper 2 remains stuck to the suction cup 7. Next, by the operation of the reversing mechanism 15, the arm 6 changes direction by approximately 180 degrees so that the paper 2 facing upside down becomes facing forward, and the paper 2 is supplied to the opening 26a of the cultivation container 26.
The paper 2 is shaped into a curved shape. That is, the suction cup 7 is pulled by the spring 13 and is formed to be almost parallel to the surface of the paper 2 against the force of the spring 10, and the end of the spring 13 is the fulcrum of the arm 6, that is, the inversion Since it is fixed to the cultivation container 16 side at a distance from the shaft 11, when the arm 6 is reversed after sucking the paper 2 to the suction cup 7,
As shown in the figure, both ends of the spring 13 are fixed at 14,
As for the length between 14a, the length l 1 before reversal and the length l 2 after reversal become l 1 > l 2 , and as the tensile force of the spring 13 becomes smaller, the suction cup 7 is gradually moved by the biasing force of the spring 10. By tilting inward, the paper 2 is shaped into a curve. Next, when the paper presser 27 moves forward by the control mechanism, the curved part of the paper 2 presses against the opening 26 of the cultivation container 26.
It is pressed and held against the circumferential surface of a.

At the same time, an elastic, curved lower winding arm 31 is attached to the support shaft 3 via a link 30 to one of the operating rods 29.
2, and a force directed toward the cultivation container 26 is constantly applied to the link 30 and the lower arm 31 by a spring 33, respectively. Further, an upper winding arm 34 is connected to the other operating rod 29 via a spring 35 to a support shaft 32.
A is pivotally attached to the upper winding arm 34, and a concave groove 37 is formed in this upper winding arm 34 to accommodate a substantially C-shaped collar 36 made of an elastic material such as plastic. In the standby state, one collar 36 falls under its own weight and is stored in the groove 37, and when the upper winding arm 34 is operated, the shutter 38 works in conjunction with the upper winding arm 34 to prevent the collar 36 from falling under its own weight. In this way, the collar storage section 39 is arranged above the upper winding arm 34. Further, a paper receiving member 40 that contacts the lower end of the paper 2 and prevents the paper 2 from sliding down from a predetermined position is pivotally attached to each operating rod 29, and a spring (not shown) is attached to the paper receiving member 40. Therefore, a force always directed toward the cultivation container 26 side is applied. In addition, the lower winding arm 31 and the upper winding arm 3
4 are each provided with a curved paper receiving member 40a that prevents the upper side of the paper 2 from expanding outward.

is transferred and held up to the opening 26a of the cultivation container 26, and then the lower-rolling side rotating shaft 28 is first rotated by the control mechanism, and the operating rod 29, the link 30, and the lower-rolling arm 31 are moved toward the cultivation container 26, and a curved shape is formed. The tip of the lower winding arm 31 contacts the paper 2, and then, due to the force of the spring 33 and the action of the link 30, the paper 2
One side is pressed against the opening 26a of the cultivation container 26 and gradually wrapped to remove wrinkles or looseness, and then the upper winding side rotating shaft 28 rotates and the operating rod 2
9 and the upper winding arm 34 move toward the cultivation container 26, the end of the collar 36 contacts the other side of the paper 2, and then the other side of the paper 2 is moved along the opening 26a of the cultivation container 26 by the force of the spring 35. The paper 2 is wrapped so as to remove any wrinkles or loose parts, so that both ends of the paper 2 are overlapped vertically. At the same time as the winding is completed, the collar 36 separates from the groove 37 and automatically opens the opening 26.
a and wrap the paper 2 around it to fix it. In this case, the paper receiving members 40 and 40a support the lower end and upper side of the paper 2 in conjunction with the lower winding arm 31 and the upper winding arm 34.

1 returns, and the cultivation container 26 with the paper 2 wrapped around it is carried out manually or by an appropriate carrying out mechanism.
In that case, the lower arm 31 returns to its original position along the circumference of the opening 26a of the cultivation container 26 due to the link action. In addition, in the above example, roll both sides of paper 2 and press color 3.
6 is merely an example of the mechanism C fixed by 6, and in the above explanation, the collar 36 was formed so as to be pressed directly against the paper 2 and wound, but the upper winding arm 34 was formed so as to be directly pressed against the paper 2 and wound. Alternatively, the collar 36 and the upper winding arm 34 may be pressed against the paper 2 and wound at the same time. In addition, when wrapping the paper, the collar may be fitted into the mouth of the cultivation container by winding the paper using the lower arm and the upper arm, and then operating the separately arranged collar storage section.
