In recent years, due to advances in chemical fibers, spinning technology, and dyeing technology, the types and designs of clothing fabrics have diversified. However, the design patterns of many of these clothing fabrics are a combination of dyed warp and weft threads, or printed patterns, so they often have artificial pictorial patterns, are flat, and have a natural look. I had a problem where I couldn't get a feel for the material.

In the present invention, a woven fabric is used as a base fabric, inclusions such as natural materials are arranged on the base fabric to maintain air permeability, and a nonwoven fabric through which the inclusions can be seen is attached to the surface and laminated together. The first aspect of the invention is a composite fabric that takes advantage of the characteristics of natural materials and other inclusions, has an excellent design, and maintains breathability.

の製造方法を第2の要旨とするものである。 Furthermore, in the present invention, after spraying an adhesive uniformly onto the surface of a woven fabric serving as a base fabric, this is dried, and then inclusions such as natural materials are removed from the base fabric so that it has air permeability. A nonwoven fabric is placed on top of the base fabric to create a design, and a nonwoven fabric through which the inclusions can be seen is superimposed on top of the nonwoven fabric. After that, they are heat-pressed and bonded together, and the inclusions are adhered to the base fabric to improve breathability. The second gist is a method for manufacturing a composite fabric characterized by holding the composite fabric.

とがない。 First, as shown in FIG. 1A, a woven fabric made of plant fibers such as cotton or chemical fibers such as Tetron, nylon, or polyester is used as the base fabric 1. This is spread out and an adhesive 3 is applied from above using a spray gun 2. Apply evenly. In this case, when applying with a roller or brush, the weave of the base fabric 1 is filled with the adhesive and breathability cannot be obtained, but in the present invention, the adhesive 3 is atomized by spraying, and the weave is It adheres to the warp and weft threads of the cloth, which are woven in a lattice pattern, so that the weave does not get buried.

As the non-woven fabric 5, for example, by using a polyester material having a unit weight of about 15 to 30 g per 1 m2, the dried flowers 4 can be seen through and have sufficient strength to protect them. It is something.

A completely unexpected fashion effect that has not been seen before can be obtained. Furthermore, the surface of the dried flower 4 is protected by the non-woven fabric 5, so it is durable, and if it gets dirty, it can be dry cleaned to prolong its life without damaging the natural material. .

If a thin material of about ~0.3 mm is used, since the cork itself is porous at this thinness, many holes will be formed and it will have air permeability, and the adhesive 3 applied to the base fabric 1 will be able to absorb the cork thin plate 6. The nonwoven fabric 5 can be bonded by penetrating through the holes.
