(イ) 産業上の利用分野
本発明は、自動車のアクスル構造に関するもの

てあるが、バツフルプレート6はナツクルスピン
ドル1の平たん面1aに面接触している。バツフ
ルプレート6の内周部には、ハブ2の外周部に接
触するダストシール6aが一体に取り付けてあ
る。ナツクルスピンドル1の平たん面1aには、
オイルシール4、ナツクルスピンドル1及びバツ
フルプレート6によつて区画される室7を外部に
連通させるみぞ1bが設けてある。ベアリング3
周辺のグリースがオイルシール4を通り抜けて漏
れてきた場合、グリースはこのみぞ1bを通つて
バツフルプレート6の裏側の外部に流れ出ること
により、ブレーキ装置の作動に支障のないように

り、バツフルプレート側にみぞをプレス成形によ
り設けることにより、上記課題を解消することを
目的としている。すなわち、本発明は、ナツクル
スピンドル11の平たん面11aにバツフルプレ
ート16を密着させバツフルプレートに重ね合わ
せてシール支持部材17を取り付け、シール支持
部材の内周部には、ナツクルスピンドルの軸部1
1bに回転自在に支持されたハブ12との間を密
封するダストシール17aを設けた自動車のアク
スル構造を前提としたものであり、バツフルプレ
ートのナツクルスピンドル平たん面との密着部よ
りも外周側の位置に穴16bを設け、シール支持
部材には内周部からバツフルプレートの穴の位置
まで伸びるみぞ17bをプレス成形により設けた
ことを特徴としている。なお、かつこ内の参照符

る。また、第5及び6図に示すように、バツフル
プレート16には、ナツクルスピンドル11への
取付用穴16aに加えて、グリース排出用の穴1
6bが設けてある。この穴16bはシール支持部
材17のみぞ17bの外周側位置に対応する位置
に設けられている。なお、穴16bが対称位置に
2つ設けられているのは、バツフルプレート16
を逆向きにして右左両側のアクスルに使用するた
めである。シール支持部材17、ナツクルスピン
ドル11、オイルシール14及びバツフルプレー
ト16によつて区画される室18は、みぞ17b

ル支持部材17との相対位置を180°回転すればよ
い)、左、右の専用部品を製造する必要がなくな
