DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a synthetic resin pallet consisting of a large number of molded bodies, which comprises an upper deck for supporting cargo;
It is composed of a number of supporting legs that form an insertion hole between which a fork of a forklift is inserted, and a lower deck or a shoe, and at least the upper deck or the lower deck has an edge board made of a shaped beam, and a deck board connected to a surface, each edge board having an upper chord section, a lower chord section and an intermediate web connecting both chord sections; , has a U-shaped hollow cross section that is closed on the outside and open on the inside,
When the edge board is combined with the deck board, the open side of the U-shaped hollow cross section of the edge board is closed to form a first hollow part having a square hollow cross section, and the hollow part has a similar shape. It relates to a type in which a support leg having a hollow cross section is connected to the support leg.

PRIOR ART In the case of known synthetic resin pallets of this type (see German Patent Application No. 2 403 374), the first hollow part is designed to withstand the German and Japanese synthetic resin pallet tests. It helps provide pallet rigidity. According to this synthetic resin pallet, the first hollow part is configured as a hollow frame, and this hollow frame is made up of a plurality of structural members, and these structural members are prepared in a so-called prefabricated manner. It is fixed to the side edge of the deck board. In this way, two first hollow sections extend parallel to each longitudinal edge of the pallet in the region of the hollow frame. In the case of this known synthetic resin pallet, the supporting legs also have a hollow cross section, and in the shoe pallet, the central shoe has a hollow cross section.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the case of this known multi-part synthetic resin pallet, the deck board itself, which occupies most of the upper deck and lower deck, which is the cargo loading surface, does not have a hollow cross section. The entire area of the board is constructed in a honeycomb or lattice shape by numerous vertical webs. In short, the entire deck board is one porous board. As a result, the pallets do not have sufficient rigidity. The object of the invention is to increase the lateral stiffness of known synthetic resin pallets of this type.

Means for Solving the Problem This object, according to the invention, provides a pallet made of synthetic resin of the type mentioned at the outset, in which at least the deck boards of the upper deck consist of a pair of deck board parts connected side by side to each other, each of which At least one deck board portion consisting of a vertical web
and at least one hollow portion having a U-shaped hollow cross section that is open toward the other deck board portion, and the open side of the U-shaped hollow cross section of the hollow portion is connected to the other deck board portion. This was achieved by closing it to form a second hollow part having a square-shaped hollow cross section.

The synthetic resin pallets according to the invention, for example made of polyethylene or polypropylene, are produced by injection molding, but other molding methods, such as suction molding, can also be used. In addition, in order to interconnect the individual constituent members of the synthetic resin pallet according to the present invention, such as the edge board, the intermediate deck board section, the deck board section, and, if necessary, separately manufactured support legs, various well-known methods can be used. The following method can be used. Preference is given to flat welding methods, as in the case of the known plastic pallets, but other welding or gluing methods and/or mechanical bonding methods can also be used. Further, although the term edge board is used, it goes without saying that other components may be connected to the outside of these edge boards.

Of course other grid structures are also possible. To the vertical web 40, for example, as shown in FIG. 8b or 10b, a horizontal reinforcing web 42 having a one-sided L-shape or a two-sided T-shape is connected at right angles to the inner surface of the upper deck 1 or the lower deck 9. Additional reinforcement can be achieved by However, this relatively rigid lattice structure does not have the same rigidity as a hollow section that is closed all around. For reinforcing the deck board 18, at least one further hollow section, a second hollow section 46, is provided. In the embodiment of FIGS. 4 to 7, the deck board 18 is comprised of a plurality of deck board sections 44, each of which has a first section on one side, to form a second hollow section within the deck board 18. It has a circumferential web 36 for closing the hollow part 32 and on the other side vertical webs 40 forming a lattice structure.

In the simplest embodiment of the structure shown in FIG.
Two such deck sections 44 are used (see Figure 8a). As shown in FIG. 8b, the mating sides of each deck portion 44 are connected to the deck board 1 of the aforementioned outer edge board 16.
It has almost the same cross-sectional shape as the 8th side. In this case too, between the upper chord part 20, the lower chord part 22 and the intermediate web constituted by the outermost vertical web 40 of the lattice structure, there is a U-shaped opening towards the other deck board part 44. Alternatively, an inverted U-shaped hollow cross section is formed. The two U-shaped or inverted U-shaped hollow cross sections of the two deck portions 44 adjacent to each other form a second hollow portion 46 having a hollow cross section closed in the shape of a square. The hollow portions 46 are formed along the center line of the pallet at equal intervals with respect to the first hollow portions 32 formed on both outer edge board sides. In some cases, the upper chord part 20 and the lower chord part 22 of the two U-shaped hollow sections forming the second hollow part 46 can have different lengths, and in extreme cases one of the decks can have different lengths. Such a U-shaped hollow cross section is provided only in the portion 44,
In the same way as the first hollow part can be formed, it can also be closed in a square shape by the side walls of the other deck part 44, which corresponds to the circumferential web 36.

Variations such as those shown in FIG. 6 are possible, particularly with respect to the shoe palette, and also to the palettes described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, including single-sided pallets. This embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in FIG. 5 in the following points. That is, there is still one layer between the two pairs of deck board portions 44.
Two intermediate deck board sections 58 are inserted as separate components. The structure is illustrated in detail in Figures 13a and 13b. This intermediate deck board portion 58 has an upper chord section 20 and a lower chord section 22 in both the upper and lower decks 1 and 9, and both of these chord sections 20 and 22 are different from the intermediate web 24 disposed on the outer edge side of the outer edge board 16. Differently,
They are connected to each other by centrally located intermediate webs 24 and are divided by vertical intermediate walls 26 into a number of hollow sections which are open in a U-shape towards the deck board section 44. These hollow portions are complemented by similar but slightly deeper hollow portions at the side edges of the deck board portion 44, forming second hollow portions in the same manner as already described with respect to FIG. form 46.
