Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は、水洗トイレの貯水槽に容器を用いず
そのまま入れられて使用される投入型貯水式水洗
トイレ用固型洗浄剤組成物に関する。生活水準の
向上に伴つて、下水道の発達、トイレの水洗化が
進み貯水式水洗トイレの普及も拡大の一途をたど
つている。こうした中でいかに便器の衛生を保持
するかが問題となつてきている。 従来この問題の解決手段としてプラスチツクス
容器の中に洗浄剤の水溶液、又は固型を充填した
ものが市販されている。これらはいずれも容器の
密閉性を利用して徐溶性を行うもので、使用者に
とつてこれらを設置する時重い陶器製の貯水槽の
フタをはずして取り付けなければならない負担が
あつた。特に容器入り液体タイプのものは、貯水
槽内に取り付ける時転倒させねばならないため注
意深く要領良く取り付けないと一度に洗浄液をこ
ぼしてしまうことがあり、又、気温の上昇や洗浄
剤の内容量の変化に応じて滴下量が変化してくる
欠点をも有している。 更に従来の容器入りの固型洗浄剤を容器から取
り出して直接に水中に投入した場合、2〜3日で
すべて溶解してしまうため、これらの固型洗浄剤
はかなりの日数洗浄力を持続させるという目的に
全くそぐわないものであつた。 本発明は上記従来の欠点を徐去することを目的
として、鋭意研究の結果、水洗トイレの貯水槽に
直接投入して使用することができる、水に対して
極めて徐溶性の固型洗浄剤組成物を見出し完成し
たものである。即ち、本発明はエチレンオキサイ
ドの付加モル数が91〜230のポリオキシエチレン
ジステアレートの一種以上を40%以上と、エチレ
ンオキサイドの付加モル数が6のポリオキシエチ
レンソルビタンモノステアレート及び/又はエチ
レンオキサイドの付加モル数が20のポリオキシエ
チレンソルビタントリステアレートを0.1〜60%
含有したことを特徴とする投入型貯水式水洗トイ
レ用固型洗浄剤組成物に係る。 本発明は上述のごとき組成を有しているので、
水中で極めて徐溶性のため従来のように容器の密
閉性を利用して徐溶させる必要がなく、容器を必
要としない。従つて使用時重い貯水槽のフタをは
ずして取付けるような面倒なことはなくなりフタ
の小さな穴から単に投入するだけで目的を十分に
達することができる。本発明でいう「投入型」と
は容器に入れることなく、そのまま水洗トイレの
貯水槽へ直接入れて使用されるものを意味するも
のである。 投入された本発明による固型洗浄剤組成物は貯
水槽の底に沈み表面から徐溶し、貯水槽底面に固
着し貯水槽の排水、流入による水流によつて巻き
上がることなく底面に固定され、浮遊物、沈澱物
を生じる事なく徐溶してかなりの日数水洗トイレ
用固型洗浄剤としての機能を発揮し続けるという
特徴を有する。 本発明に於て、染料については各種のものを必
要に応じ使用することが出来る。その使用量は、
2%未満であると着色が薄すすぎ8%を越えると
濃くすぎ、2〜8%が洗浄剤の有無を判別するの
に機能的な含有率である。この染料を用いた判別
手段は1例であり、他の手段(洗浄剤の起泡の有
無)を用いてもよい。 本発明に於いて、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタ
ンモノステアレート(エチレンオキシド付加モル
数6)とポリオキシエチレンソルビタントリステ
アレート(エチレンオキシド付加モル数20)は共
に持続性を長く且つ型崩れを防ぐ作用があり、併
用しても、もしくは単独で使用してもよい。しか
し含有率が60%を越えると、他の組成に比し持続
日数が長くなりすぎ、染料、香料等と溶解速度に
アンバランスを生じ、最終的には、水に溶解して
しまうものの、香料、染料等を溶出しない残査と
なり一部は浮遊物化し好ましくなく含有率60%ま
でが適当である。 本発明においてポリオキシエチレンジステアレ
ートは含有率が40%以上あれば貯水式水洗トイレ
の固型洗浄剤の機能を有し得る。 この配合量は、香料、染料の含有率を考慮する
ときは、97%までとするのがよい。 本発明に於いてエチレンオキサイドの付加モル
数が90以下であると、持続日数が短かく230を越
えると、成型時の増粘性が顕著になり、成型を困
難にする。本発明は固型洗浄剤組成物に係るもの
であるから、固型状に容易に成型できないと製品
を得ることが困難になる。従つてエチレンオキサ
イドの付加モル数は91〜230がよく、これらの範
囲のものを混合しても良い。 本発明に於いて香料の種類は任意である。配合
量は20%越えると、固型洗浄剤が半固体となり成
型が困難になる事、経時安定性が悪く香料がしみ
出してくる事、他、持続日数が短かくなる等の欠
点が現われる。 従つて含有率は20%以下が適当である。 本発明の固型洗浄剤組成物を製造するには、例
えばポリオキシエチレンジステアレートとポリオ
キシエチレンソルビタンモノステアレートともし
くはポリオキシエチレンソルビタントリステアレ
ートを単独若しくは両方の混合物を55〜75℃に加
温する。スラリー状を確認後、予め、染料と香料
を混合にしたものを、添加し撹拌する。しかる
後、任意の形状の型に注入し、冷却し型から抜い
て本発明の固型洗浄剤組成物を得ることが出来
る。 以下に本発明を実施例、比較例及び実験例によ
り詳細に説明する。 実施例1〜10及び比較例1〜6 下記第1表に記載の配合割合で混合したポリオ
キシエチレンジステアレートとポリオキシエチレ
ンソルビタンモノステアレート及び/又はポリオ
キシエチレンソルビタントリステアレートの混合
物を55〜75℃に加温し、スラリー状を確認後、予
め第1表に記載の配合割合で染料と香料を混合し
たものを添加し撹拌する。しかる後任意の形状の
型に注入、冷却し適時型から抜き本発明及び比較
例1〜6の固型洗浄剤を得た。 実施例 1 各処方80gの固型洗浄剤とし、10分間で1回の
注排水を行なうようにしたピペツト洗浄塔(H:
64cmφ:19cm)の中に投入し、溶解してしまうま
での日数を持続日数とした。 染料による着色の濃度は、投入1日後と20日
後、及び以降10日後毎にピペツト洗浄塔内に水を
満たした状態で注排水を休止させ、24時間後・そ
の濃度を目視により判断した。その結果を下記第
1表に併記した。
