[Industrial Application Field] The present invention has a blade protection cap that covers an outer cutter, an inner cutter, and an outer cutter, has a shavings discharge port opened in a blade mount to which the outer cutter is attached, and has a cap that is attached to the outer surface of the blade mount. Regarding electric razors that open and close the beard waste outlet with a cleaning ring attached to the device, in detail, when cleaning beard waste, it is possible to avoid damage to the inner and outer blades, prevent accidental scattering of beard waste, and use a blade protection cap. This relates to a technology that facilitates the removal operation of the blade protection cap while preventing it from accidentally coming off by securely locking the cap. [Prior art] Conventionally, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 115367/1983 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 1987-115367
In the device of Publication No. 39562, although not shown, the outer blade is held on the side of the cleaning ring for discharging beard debris, and when the cleaning ring is moved when cleaning beard debris, the outer blade also moves to the inner blade. It was supposed to move against the enemy. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such a device in which the outer cutter is moved relative to the inner cutter, especially in a device in which the outer cutter is moved in a direction away from the inner cutter, the inner cutter may wobble, As shown in FIG. 15 of the present invention, when cleaning the beard debris with the blade facing downward, there is a problem in that when the inner cutter is rotated, there is a risk that the inner cutter will hit unevenly and be deformed. In addition, for electric razors that open and close the beard waste outlet by rotating the cleaning ring, the beard waste outlet may be open when not in use when the blade protection cap is covered, making it difficult to accidentally collect beard waste when carrying an electric razor. There was a problem that it could be scattered. The present invention was made in view of these problems, and its purpose is to eliminate the wobbling of the inner blade without changing the relative position of the inner blade and the outer blade when cleaning hair debris. This avoids damage to the inner and outer blades, and also covers the blade with a protective cap, which prevents the shavings discharge port from being opened when not in use, and prevents shavings from accidentally scattering when not in use. To provide an electric shaver capable of easily removing a blade protection cap while surely locking the protection cap and avoiding accidental removal of the blade protection cap. [Means for Solving the Problems] The electric shaver of the present invention includes an outer cutter 1, an inner cutter 2, and a blade protection cap 13 that covers the outer cutter 1, and has a beard waste discharge port in a blade mount 3 to which the outer cutter 1 is attached. Open 4,
An electric shaver that opens and closes a beard waste outlet 4 with a cleaning ring 5 attached to the outer surface of a blade mount 3,
By rotating the cleaning ring 5, the outer cutter 1 and the inner cutter 2 are removed.
The cleaning ring 5 is configured to be movable in the axial direction, and in the closed position in which the cleaning ring 5 closes the beard waste discharge port 4, it abuts against the blade protection cap 13, and in the abutting position, the blade protection cap 13 and the blade mounting base 3 This is characterized by a locking structure for locking the blade protection cap 13 therebetween. [Function] In this way, the beard waste discharge port 4 is opened in the blade mount 3 on which the outer cutter 1 is attached, and the cleaning ring 5 attached to the outer surface of the blade mount 3 is connected to the shaft of the outer cutter 1 and the inner cutter 2. By being configured to be movable in the direction, when cleaning beard debris, the cleaning ring 5, which is independent of the outer cutter 1, is moved to open the beard debris discharge port 4, and the inner and outer blades 2, 1 are moved. Hair scraps can be discharged without changing the relative position, and the inner and outer blades 2, 1 are not deformed due to the inner and outer blades being swayed by changing the relative position of the inner and outer blades 2, 1 during cleaning. By configuring the blade so that the cleaning ring 5 contacts the blade protection cap 13 in the closed position in which the cleaning ring 5 closes the whisker debris discharge port 4, the cleaning ring 5 closes the whisker debris discharge port 4. The blade protection cap 13 can be attached in the closed state. In other words, when the blade protection cap 13 is attached and not in use, the beard waste outlet 4 is always closed, so that it is not necessary to use the blade protection cap 13 when carrying an electric razor. Cleaning ring 5 that prevents beard debris from being accidentally scattered during use.
The cleaning ring 5 is configured to be movable in the axial direction of the outer cutter 1 and the inner cutter 2 by its rotation, and in the closed position in which the cleaning ring 5 closes the whisker waste discharge port 4, it comes into contact with the blade protection cap 13 and its By configuring a locking structure that locks the blade protection cap 13 between the blade protection cap 13 and the blade mount 3 at the contact position, the cleaning ring 5 can be removed by rotating the cleaning link 5. The blade 1 and the inner cutter 2 can be moved in the axial direction, and by moving the outer cutter 1 and the inner cutter 2 of the cleaning ring 5 in the axial direction, the blade protection cap 13 can be pushed up and removed. In this way, the blade protection cap 13 can be removed by rotating the cleaning ring, so the blade protection cap 1 can be removed.
A locking structure for locking the blade protection cap 13 is formed between the blade protection cap 3 and the blade mount 3, and the blade protection cap 13 is locked by increasing the locking strength to lock the blade protection cap 13 in the locking configuration. The blade protection cap 13 can be easily removed while avoiding accidental removal of the blade protection cap 13. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 6 denotes the razor body, which is comprised of internal components (not shown) such as a housing 14, a lower cover 15, a dial 16 for attaching and detaching the lower cover 15, a switch 17, and a battery. A motor 18 and the like are incorporated in the upper part of the razor body 6, as shown in FIG. That is, an M-type sealing material 20 for airtightness (waterproofing) is attached to the motor shaft portion 19, and the motor shaft portion 1
9 is inserted into the through hole 21 of the motor mounting base 11, and the motor 18 is fixed to the lower surface of the motor mounting base 11 with a hook (not shown), etc., and the edge of the flange 22 of this motor mounting base 11 is sealed (watertight). The motor mount 11 is fitted into the upper end opening of the housing 14 via a rubber ring 23, and the motor mount 11 is fixed to the housing 14 with screws 24. 3 is a blade mount for screwing the outer blade 1, 5 is a cleaning ring that surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the blade mount 3, and the blade mount 3 has the cleaning ring 5 inserted into its outer periphery. After that, it is fixed to the motor mounting base 11 with screws 25. Further, a joint 26 is press-fitted into the motor shaft portion 19, and the inner cutter 2 is attached to the joint 26, and the outer cutter 1 is screwed onto the blade mount 3. A blade protection cap 13 can be placed over the outer cutter 1 when not in use, and a claw 27 on the inner periphery of the blade protection cap 13 is fitted into a ring groove 28 on the outer periphery of the outer cutter 1. In this way, insert the claw 27 of the blade protection cap 13 into the ring groove 27 on the outer circumference of the outer cutter 1.
The configuration in which the blade protection cap 13 is locked and held by being locked to the blade protection cap 13 is collectively referred to as a locking configuration. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a threaded portion 29 for attaching the outer cutter 1 is provided on the inner periphery of the blade mount 3, and a flange 9 is protruded from the outer periphery of the upper end. A plurality of horizontally elongated hole-shaped beard waste discharge ports 4 are opened on the outer periphery of the beard waste discharge ports 4, and the spaces between the beard waste discharge ports 4 are inclined with respect to the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface (preferably inclination angle α=15° to 30°). °) Slanted grooves 7 are carved,
The lower end of the inclined groove 7 communicates with a horizontal lower straight part 31 opened on the lower end surface, and the upper end of the inclined groove 7 communicates with the flange part 9.
It communicates with an upper straight part 30 provided horizontally below the collar part 9. Further, an upper click boss 32 and a lower click boss 33 are provided on the upper and lower outer peripheral surfaces of the blade mount 3, respectively, at the same pitch as the inclined groove 7. On the other hand, an anti-slip uneven part 34 is provided on the outer periphery of the cleaning ring 5, a ring protrusion 35 is provided on the upper end thereof, and a protrusion 8 and a rattling prevention protrusion are provided on the lower end of the inner peripheral surface of the cleaning ring 5. The ribs 10 are provided to protrude inward. Furthermore, an elastic piece 37 is provided at the lower end of the inner circumferential surface of the cleaning ring 5 and has a slit groove 36 around it to provide elasticity, and a substantially triangular click protrusion 38 is protruded from the elastic piece 37. Then, during assembly, the protrusion 8 is slidably fitted into the inclined groove 7 so that the protrusion 8 is housed within the lower straight part 31,
The blade mount 3 is fixed to the motor mount 11 as described above. In a normal state, as shown in FIG. 4, the bottom surface of the cleaning ring 5 is connected to the housing.
The cleaning ring 5 stops and retracts when it comes into contact with the end surface of the ring 4, and the projection 8 is located within the straight portion 31, and the click projection 38 elastically rides over the lower click boss 33, preventing the cleaning ring 5 from moving inadvertently. It seems like there is no such thing. In this state, a gap C exists between the outer circumference of the blade mount 3 and the inner circumference of the cleaning ring 5, but this gap C is closed by the end face of the housing 14 and the collar part 9. It is designed to prevent beard debris from spilling outside the cleaning ring 5. When cleaning beard debris, turn the cleaning ring 5 with a little force, the click protrusion 38 will elastically overcome the lower click boss 33, and the cleaning ring 5 will become free, and the cleaning ring 5 will be freed. When the cleaning ring 5 is turned, the protrusion 8 is guided in the inclined groove 7 and moved.
stands out. At this time, the inner surface of the rib 10 comes into sliding contact with the inner surface of the blade mount 3, and the flange 9 contacts the cleaning rib 5.
By slidingly contacting the inner peripheral surface, the cleaning ring 5 moves without rattling. Further, as the cleaning ring 5 rises, the blade protection cap 13 is also pushed up, and the blade protection cap 13 is naturally removed from the outer cutter 1. When the cleaning ring 5 rises and the protrusion 8 reaches inside the upper straight part 30, the protrusion 8 stops against the lower surface of the collar part 9. When the cleaning ring 5 is turned with a little force, the protrusion 8 moves into the upper straight part. While moving within the cleaning ring 30, the click protrusion 38 clicks over the upper click boss 32 as shown in FIG. 5, and locks the cleaning ring 5 so that it does not return. In this state, as shown in Fig. 15, submerge up to the blade mount part 3 in water, turn on the switch 17 and rotate the inner blade 2, a water flow will be generated, and beard debris will be discharged from the beard debris outlet 4 along with the water flow. They are thoroughly washed with water. The cleaning ring 5 can be returned to its original state by reverse operation of the cleaning ring 5. Further, FIG. 2 shows a protection mechanism for the outer cutter 1 during cleaning of hair debris. In other words, if the electric razor is dropped when cleaning beard debris, the outer blade 1 is most likely to be damaged, so when the cleaning ring 5 is protruded, its tip surface is δ higher than the apex A of the outer blade 1. It is designed to protrude and protect the outer cutter 1. In addition, FIG. 9 shows another structure for protecting the outer blade 1 when it is dropped or stored, in which the blade mount 3 portion of the electric razor is bent into a substantially L-shape with respect to the razor body, and a cleaning ring is attached. When the razor body 6 is protruded, the razor body 6 is on the bent side (inside).
The outer cutter 1 is retracted by δ' from the imaginary line B connecting the lower end of the cleaning ring 5 and the tip of the cleaning ring 5. As shown in FIG. 9, even when the razor body 6 and the outer cutter are drained after washing with water, this can be done without damaging the outer cutter 1, which is facing downward. Further, if the ring protrusion 35 of the cleaning ring 5 is integrally molded with an elastic material such as rubber, it will prevent slipping when the cleaning ring 5 is rotated, and it will give a good feel. I can do it.
In the illustrated example, the beard waste discharge ports 4 are opened at three locations, but it is also possible to open them over almost the entire outer circumference. The inclination angle of the inclined groove 7 is α as described above.
= 15° to 30°, but this is because if the inclination angle α is small, the rotation angle to open the beard waste outlet 4 becomes large, making it difficult to use.On the other hand, if the inclination angle α is large, the vertical This is because the angle change between (the intersection of) the straight parts 30, 31 and the inclined groove 7 becomes rapid, causing the problem that the cleaning ring 5 feels like a two-step click and the operating force becomes stiff. It is. 10 to 14 are other examples of the present invention, in which the cleaning ring 5 is operated in a straight manner. The blade mount 3 has a 12th
As shown in the figure and FIG. 13, the whisker waste discharge port 4 is opened, and between the whisker discharge ports 4, a vertically stepped click ridge 39 is formed. A guide strip 40 that is higher than the click ridge 39 is made to protrude in the vertical direction. On the other hand, the elastic piece 3 on the inner circumference of the cleaning ring 5
A click protrusion 38 is provided at 7 in a protruding manner. Thus, the cleaning ring 5 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the blade mount 3. The click protrusion 38 is housed between the guide strips 40, and the click protrusion 38 is restricted between the guide strips 40 to prevent the cleaning ring 5 from rotating.
The cleaning ring 5 is adapted to slide while the cleaning ring 5 clicks as the click protrusion 38 elastically passes over the click crest 39. Furthermore, a spring body 12 is interposed between the end surface of the housing 14 and the cleaning ring 5. When the cleaning ring 5 is pushed a little, the cleaning ring 5 is automatically projected by the elastic force of the spring body 12 and the beard waste outlet 4 is opened, and conversely, the beard waste outlet 4 is closed. To do this, the cleaning ring 5 can be pushed and retracted against the elastic force of the spring body 12. In this embodiment, the cleaning ring 5 is biased in the protruding direction by the spring body 12, but the spring body 12 is attached so as to bias the cleaning ring 5 in the retracting direction. The return of step 5 may be simplified. In the above embodiment, the cleaning ring 5 does not have an outlet for discharging whisker debris, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the cleaning ring 5
A discharge port for discharging beard debris is formed in the beard debris discharge port, and this discharge port may be aligned with the beard debris discharge port 4 to discharge the beard debris, or the discharge port of the cleaning ring 5 may be shifted from the beard debris discharge port 4 to block it. You may also do so.

In summary, the present invention has a blade mount on which the outer cutter is attached, which has a beard waste discharge port, and a cleaning ring attached to the outer surface of the blade mount, which is configured to be movable in the axial direction of the outer cutter and the inner cutter. Because of this, when cleaning beard debris, the cleaning ring, which is independent of the outer blade, is moved to open the beard debris discharge port, and the beard debris can be discharged without changing the relative position of the inner and outer blades. When cleaning, the relative positions of the inner and outer blades are changed to prevent the inner and outer blades from being deformed due to wobbling, and the blades are protected in the closed position where the cleaning ring closes the shavings discharge port. Since it is configured to abut against the cap, the blade protection cap can be attached while the dust discharge port is closed with the cleaning ring.In other words, the blade protection cap is installed and the blade dust is removed when not in use. The discharge port is always closed to prevent hair chips from accidentally scattering when not in use, such as when carrying an electric razor. The cleaning ring is configured to be movable in the axial direction, and abuts against the blade protection cap in the closed position where the cleaning ring closes the shavings discharge port, and the blade protection cap is placed between the blade protection cap and the blade mounting base at the abutting position. Since the locking structure is configured, by rotating the cleaning ring, the cleaning ring can be moved in the axial direction of the outer cutter and the inner cutter. By moving the blade and inner cutter in the axial direction, the blade protection cap can be pushed up and removed. In this way, the blade protection cap can be removed by rotating the cleaning ring, so the blade protection cap and blade can be removed. A locking configuration is configured to lock the blade protection cap between the mounting bases,
An advantage of locking the blade protection cap in a locking configuration is that the locking strength is increased to avoid accidental removal of the blade protection cap, and the removal operation of the blade protection cap is facilitated. be.
