する。 To make the above-mentioned reel-shaped tape, a sliver or the like is generally used to cut a wide base paper into tape shapes and wind them up, but the width of the tape is extremely small compared to the diameter of the wound tape. In some cases, there is a risk that the wound tape may be broken during post-processing. To prevent this collapse, for example, as seen in magnetic tape,
Although it is possible to wind the tape onto a reel with a hub, a reel with a hub may not be available depending on the structure of the tape mounting device (for example, a conductor paper winding machine) used in the subsequent process. In addition, if narrow tapes that tend to crumble are not required frequently, and tapes with a width that does not normally cause crumbles are used, it may not be economical to modify the tape application device. There may be disadvantages. In order to prevent a narrow tape from collapsing, if a reel with a hub is not used, other methods include reducing the diameter of the wound tape, or winding it more tightly than usual. Although this objective can be achieved, reducing the diameter of the wound tape increases the number of tapes and reduces the efficiency of subsequent processes, which is not a desirable method. Conventionally, a method of tightly winding the tape has been adopted, but since there is a limit to how hard the tape can be wound using the aforementioned slitters, it was necessary to take some additional steps to wind the tape even tighter. An example of a conventional method for winding a tape to a hardness that exceeds the ability of a slitter will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

Reference numerals 1 and 2 are the above-mentioned tape and core, 3 is a backing plate, 4 is a hammer, and 10 is a workbench table. To wind the tape tightly, first hold the core 2 with one hand and pull the end B of the tape 1 with the other hand. Furthermore, the core 2 was rotated in the opposite direction to the winding direction of the tape 1 to wind up the pulled tape 1, and this operation was repeated several times.

う欠点があつた。 By the way, such manual work is extremely primitive and not only takes a long time, but also causes the cut surface of the tape 1 to become uneven during winding. There was a drawback in that both sides of the tape 1 had to be made smooth by applying the tape and lightly hitting the patch plate 3 with, for example, a hammer 4.

感知できる。 This invention was made to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and aims to provide a winding device capable of shortening working time and obtaining a uniform tape. A third embodiment of this invention will be described below.
This will be explained based on the diagram and FIG. FIG. 3 shows the state before the start of winding, and FIG. 4 shows the state during winding. In the figure, 1 is tape, 2
10 is a winding core, 10 is a workbench table whose upper surface is finished particularly smooth (for example, a synthetic resin is pasted on the upper surface), 10a is an opening, and 11 is embedded so that the upper surface is flush with the upper surface of the table 10. 12 is the electric motor, 13 is one side of the clutch fixed to the shaft of the electric motor 12, 14 is a slide shaft mounted so as to be able to slide on the axis center line of the electric motor 12, and 15 is the tip of the slide shaft 14. A conical rotating shaft attached to the clutch 1.
It has a structure that can be fitted into 3. 16 is a radial bearing for freely rotating the rotating shaft 15;
7 is a pressing plate with a smooth surface (preferably a transparent synthetic resin plate, etc.) for pressing the upper surface of the tape 1;
Reference numeral 8 denotes a mounting bracket for the holding plate 17, which is mounted so that it can freely slide within a certain range along the slide shaft 14. Reference numeral 19 is a helical compression spring for applying a constant pressing force to the holding plate 17, and 20 is a stopper for the spring 19, which can freely slide within a certain range along the slide shaft 14. 21 is the slide bearing of the slide shaft, 22 is the slide shaft 14
a micro switch that responds by the sliding of the
is a mounting base for assembling and mounting the above-mentioned 12 to 22 together, and is fixed to the table 10. 24 is an upper crank, 25 is a connecting shaft, 26 is a lower crank to which a foot pedal 27 is attached,
These are connected to each other with pins and the slide shaft 14
It constitutes a sliding link. Reference numeral 28 denotes a helical tension spring for balance, which has a structure that can be adjusted to apply a tension slightly larger than the gravity of 14 to 20 to hold the slide shaft 14 at the upper limit when no external force is applied to the device. It is something that you have. 29 is a fixture for fixing the winding end B of the tape 1, and is attached to the table 10.
The fixing force of the fixture 29 can be appropriately adjusted by adjusting a spring or the like. However, even if the fingertips of the hand are used instead of the fixture 29, a sufficiently practical and subtle force can be sensed.

は、特に安全面を配慮したためである。 Next, the procedure and operation when using this device will be described. First, the tape 1 to be wound is placed on the table 10 by the inner diameter of the core 2 and the slide bearing 1.
1, and fix the end B of the tape 1 to the fixture 29 or pinch it with your fingertips. Next, when the foot pedal 27 is depressed, the slide shaft 14 begins to descend, and the rotating shaft 15
When the clutch 13 is lowered and engaged with the clutch 13, the micro switch 22 is operated and the electric motor 12 starts rotating. When the foot pedal 27 is further depressed, the presser plate 17 begins to press the upper surface of the tape 1, and the slide shaft 14 continues to descend while increasing the pressing force due to the action of the spring 19, and the slope of the rotating shaft 15 is rotated around the tape 1. It comes into contact with the inner diameter of core 2. At first, there is slippage between the winding core 2 and the rotating shaft 15, but when force is further applied to the foot pedal 27, the frictional force between the winding core 2 and the rotating shaft 15 increases, causing the winding core 2 to rotate. , tape 1 is wound up. When the tape 1 is wound to a predetermined stiffness, the end B of the tape 1 comes off from the fixing device 29 or your fingertip is removed, and if you immediately take your foot off the foot pedal 27 at this time, the slide shaft 14 is moved by the action of the spring 28. At the same time, the rotation of the electric motor 12 is stopped by the action of the micro switch 22. The tape 1 that has been wound up in this way is shifted laterally, and the process is repeated in the same way with a new tape. The reason why the electric motor 12 is rotated immediately after the clutch 13 and the rotary shaft 15 are engaged and stopped immediately before they are separated is because of safety considerations.
