In the embodiment shown in the figure, an outward flange 2 and a slot 3 are provided on the opening edge of an outer housing 1 having a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and female threads 4 and male threads 5 are provided on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the upper half, respectively. A state in which a short bar-shaped Kotoku member 6 is rotatably inserted into the lower half of the outer casing 1, and the gap is closed between the outer peripheral surface of the Kotoku member 6 and the inner peripheral surface of the lower half. An O-ring 7 is interposed therebetween, and a first hexagonal water hole 8 for fitting a hexagonal wrench (not shown) is formed on the top surface of the locking member 6, and the bottom and outside of the first water hole 8 are An inclined water introduction hole 9 and an inlet hole 10 for snow melting water are provided in a corner of the casing 1 so that they communicate with each other at a position where the cottle member 6 is rotated at a predetermined angle, but do not communicate with each other at other positions where the rotation angle is set. Then, screw the retaining threaded ring 12 of the locking member 6 into the lower half of the female screw 4, and screw the threaded ring 12 into the lower half of the female screw 4.
The inner diameter hole of No. 2 is made into a hexagonal second water passage hole 13 for fitting a hexagonal wrench (not shown), and a mouth member 14 is screwed into the upper half of the female screw 4 so as to be freely twistable and detachable. A water discharge hole 1 is located at the center of this mouth member 14.
5 is opened at a predetermined angle of inclination to constitute a nozzle body A, and this nozzle body A is attached to a mounting hole 16 provided on the upper wall and side surface of the snow melting water pipe B.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, a portion of the snow melting water flowing inside the water supply pipe 9 flows through the inclined water guide hole 9.
When the inlet hole 10 and the inlet hole 10 are in communication with each other, water is sprayed from the water spouting hole 15 via the inlet hole 10 → the water guide hole 9 → the first water passage hole 8 → the second water passage hole 13. In addition, after temporarily removing the opening member 14 and loosening the threaded ring 12, a hexagonal wrench is fitted into the first water passage hole 8, a twisting operation is applied to the locking member 6, and the tilting is performed. It is possible to increase or decrease the amount of water spouted by widening or narrowing the effective communication cross-sectional area between the water guide hole 9 and the inlet hole 10, or to stop water spouting by setting the same area to zero, that is, a non-communicating state, and it is also possible to change the direction of water sprinkling. Sometimes this can be done by rotating the mouth member 14 to change the direction of the water spouting hole 15.

The present invention includes a cylindrical outer casing with a bottom, and a screw member attached to the bottom of a first water hole on the upper surface, which is rotatably inserted into the lower half of the outer casing, and a corner or side wall of the outer casing. a water guide hole and an inlet hole that are opened so that they communicate with each other at a position where the angle of rotation is set to a predetermined angle and do not communicate with each other at a position where the angle of rotation is set to a predetermined angle; A holding member such as a holding ring of a Kotoku member having a second water passage hole communicating with the holding member, and a second
Since the spout water communicating with the water passage hole is characterized by having an opening member opened at a predetermined angle, it is possible to increase or decrease the amount of water spouted and to change the direction of water sprinkling as described above. It goes without saying that it is extremely convenient and effective, but it is particularly effective in solving the above-mentioned problems, and has the effect of completely achieving the intended purpose, and furthermore, the present invention When the nozzle device is attached to a water pipe for snow melting as shown in Figures 3 and 4, the water pipe does not need to be buried like the one in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 12336/1983, so it can be used on bridges or other places. It is possible to install pipes in an exposed state (of course, it is also possible to bury them underground) for pedestrian bridges, etc., which has an excellent effect that greatly contributes to the simplification of piping work. The nozzle device of the present invention has favorable effects such as facilitating inspection and maintenance, and furthermore, the nozzle device of the present invention can be easily attached to water pipes, so it can be used, for example, to regenerate water sprinkler and snow melting equipment without burying existing water pipes. It is convenient for use in water pipes, and also has practical effects such as ensuring sufficient safety for pedestrians since it does not protrude like a horn when attached to a water pipe.
