リング、折り曲げ等のプレス加工した後に、引き
続き同じ金型内で切断、搬送、めを連続的に行
なつてケースの組立時間の短縮を計ろうとするも
のである。

て側板1と仕切板2bが折り曲げられた状態でプ
レス機の送り装置により、本発明の装置の工程に
送り込まれてストリツパープレート11と、ダイ
プレート12内に側板1と本体部2が連結片3と
ともにセツトされる。その後プレスラム面の下降
により、ストリツパープレート11とダイプレー
ト12に設けた刃先(図示せず)により、先ず、
連結片3と側板2aとは切断分離線3aで切断分
離され、引き続き側板2aは直立するように折り
曲げられる。この状態を示したのが第3図であ
る。更にこの状態から、プレスラムの面の下降を
続けると、カム5の傾斜面5a,5bと、カムの
傾斜面6a,6bが当接して斜面に沿つて、カム
6は、ストリツパープレート11内を、プレス擢
動方向に略直交する方向(第3図では右方に)移
動し、連結片3と連結したままの側板1をストリ
ツパー入子10の方向に搬送させる。この搬送の
行程において側板1をストリツパー入子10の刃
先10aを通過させて、第8図に示すように、側
板1を連結片3との間の切断線3bで切断分離
