As shown in the figure and FIG. 13a, the rectangular or square tissue piece 35 is folded into five pieces parallel to the upper side, and then folded into two pieces parallel to the side edge, and an appropriate number of tissue pieces are folded in this way. They are stacked and packaged. There is also one that has seven parallel folds along the upper side. Furthermore, the bagged tissue 38 is provided with parallel notches on its long sides, which form a closing portion 37.

Further, the vertically folded tissue base paper is alternately folded into the tissue paper 5 by two rollers 60, 60.
By gripping and releasing 2, the tissue base paper is folded into a meander 61 and cut by a cutter 62 (see Utility Model Publication No. 52-24018). In this way, the folded tissue piece 35 shown in FIG. 12a is completed.

Because it is folded in five parallel to the top side, and
Because the tissue pieces are thin and flexible, it takes a lot of effort to unfold them all, and in some cases,
In some cases, the outermost fold was left unopened and used.

Since the direction is parallel to the opening 37 provided parallel to the long side of the bagged tissue paper 38,
The direction of the horizontal fold 39 is perpendicular to the opening 37.
Therefore, there was a drawback that there was some resistance when grasping the drawer edge 36 and pulling it out from the opening 37.

工程は手作業によつて行われていた。 On the other hand, in the conventional manufacturing method for bagged tissue paper, there is a process of vertically folding the tissue paper, followed by a horizontal folding process, the folding process is completed first, and then there is a cutting process, and this process is automated. However, the process of stacking a certain number of cut tissue pieces on a conveyor leading to a packaging machine was performed manually.

た。 In addition, in the above manufacturing method, the horizontal folding method involves folding the vertically folded paperback paper into a zigzag and cutting it in the center.
Horizontal folding can only be done by two folds, and therefore, in order to produce a bag-filled bag of a certain size, it is necessary to fold the bag five times or more at the vertical folding stage.

A horizontal folding process has been installed, making it possible to perform horizontal folding multiple times.Furthermore, the stacking process on the conveyor leading to the packaging process is fully automated, and the entire process from tissue paper base paper to finished tissue paper in bags is fully automated. The purpose is to do something.

である。<Means for solving the problem> The folding of the tissue piece according to the present invention is carried out by the first method.
As shown in Figure 3b, compared to the conventional tissue piece in Figure 13a, the folding is parallel to the upper side (vertical folding).
On the other hand, the number of folds (horizontal folds) parallel to the sides is increased to facilitate the unfolding of the tissue pieces, and the bag tissue 26b is folded parallel to the long sides of the bag tissue 26b as shown in FIG. 10. The direction of the provided opening and the drawer edge 31 of the tissue piece 16
Since b are perpendicular, the horizontal fold line 40 of the tissue piece shown in FIG. 13b becomes parallel to the direction of the opening, making it easier to pull out the tissue piece.

This makes it possible to completely automate the conventional manual work and manufacture the bagged tissue paper mentioned above.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of the process from the vertical folding process of tissue paper to the process of feeding the folded tissue pieces onto a conveyor headed for a packaging machine. Tissue base paper 2 pulled out from a roll 1 of Tissue base paper by an extrusion roller 9 is guided to a first vertical folding plate 5 by guide rollers 3 and 4, and one side of Tissue base paper 2 is aligned in the flow direction of the Tissue base paper. It is folded in half lengthwise. The tissue base paper 2 is moved to a second vertical folding plate 7 by a guide roller 6.
The other side is then folded in half lengthwise. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the vertical folding, the upper and lower sides are folded in opposite directions to form an S-shape.

The bagged tissue 26a is provided with an opening in the shape of a U-shaped notch 27 and hook-shaped notches 28 extending from both ends thereof. The curved portion of the U-shaped cut 27 is partially discontinuous. When the label 29 is turned over, the tongue piece 30 surrounded by the cut 27 is peeled off while remaining adhered to the label 29, forming an opening, as shown in FIG. The tongue piece 30 cannot be completely separated from the bag body and is connected to the bag body, and the tongue piece 30 is attached to the label 2.
It plays the role of preventing complete peeling of No.9.

The vertical folding process can be simplified, and by placing the process of cutting the staple paper immediately after the vertical folding process, it becomes possible to easily perform horizontal folding multiple times using multiple suction drums, and further, The process of stacking folded tissue pieces on a conveyor leading to the packaging process, which was conventionally done manually, has been automated using a rotary conveyance device. Therefore, it is possible to continuously automate the entire process from the tissue paper base to the production of the finished tissue in bags.

袋入りテイツシユの製造法。1. A first step of vertically folding the base paper parallel to the flow direction of the tissue base paper, a second step of cutting the vertically folded tissue base paper into tissue pieces, and folding the vertically folded and cut tissue paper pieces into a plurality of tissue pieces. a third step of horizontally folding a plurality of times using a suction drum; a fourth step of stacking an appropriate number of folded tissue pieces on a conveyor headed for a packaging process via a rotary conveyance device; and a layer of the tissue pieces. The fifth step of packaging is carried out automatically and continuously, and the third step is performed by using two suction drums that face each other with an appropriate interval and rotate in opposite directions, and the point of proximity between the two suction drums. The cut tissue piece is rotated while being sucked by the first suction drum using a guide rod located below or above, and when the approximate center of the tissue piece comes to the position of the guide rod, the first suction drum The second suction drum suctions the rear half of the tissue piece in the transfer direction and rotates it in the opposite direction, and the front half that has moved to the tip of the guide rod is drawn to the second suction drum to perform horizontal folding, A method for producing bagged tissue paper, characterized in that this operation is repeated again using the same means to perform horizontal folding again.
