In general, when the metal plates of a metal sheet mushroom roof corrode over a wide area or are damaged, it is normal to replace the entire metal sheet of the roof, so-called mushroom replacement. However, with this type of method, the waterproof sheet and metal plate must be replaced, which not only prolongs the construction period, but also covers the building with an awning to prevent rainwater from entering the building if it rains during the construction period. There were disadvantages such as having to stop living and having to stop living. Therefore, as a way to simplify this, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 103623/1983, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 55
-2993 etc. have been proposed. However, in the former case, the crosspiece (height 36mm) and the tile bar (height 36mm)
There will be problems with mechanical strength unless nails are driven long enough to penetrate the flooring boards (15 mm thick) and rafters (60 mm high). As a result, the nail length should be at least 150mm
The above is necessary, and when they are poured, the metal plates and tile rods may become deformed (pekotsuki), making it virtually impossible to pour a large number of them. Of course, the rafters had some drawbacks, such as the fact that they could easily crack depending on the location of the nails. In addition, since the latter is in direct contact with the existing roofing material and the new roofing material, it has good heat conduction and lacks insulation, and because the metal plates are in contact with each other, it is easy to get scratched during construction, and it is not economical to rust. There was a drawback that it was easy for this to occur.

In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention easily fixes the leg parts and the crosspiece holding part on the connecting part of the existing roof, and lays the base material, waterproof sheet, and roofing material of the new roof on this crosspiece. A metal that can be installed to significantly improve soundproofing and workability without damaging the existing roof, as well as preventing contact between the heat insulating layer (space) and metal plates, and adding vibration-proofing properties by interposing crosspieces. This project proposes a repair method for shingled mushroom roofs.

An embodiment of the metal sheet mushroom roof repair method according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Figures 1a and 1b are perspective views showing typical examples of the above-mentioned construction method, where figure a shows a repaired roof with a flat mushroom structure in which a base plate is added to the existing roof, and figure b shows a newly constructed roof with a tile stick mushroom structure. This shows the renovated roof. That is,
In the figure, A is an existing roof that is composed of rafters 1, roofing boards 2, waterproof layer 3, and roofing material 4. The roofing material 4 is a roofing material for tiled mushrooms with or without a core. B is a new roof that will be constructed using the existing roof A as its base, and will be made of metal, synthetic resin, etc.
It consists of a base plate 9 consisting of a shaped leg portion 5, a shaped crosspiece holding portion 6, a crosspiece 7, a board 8, and a form 8a, a waterproof sheet 10, and a roofing material 11. To explain further, the legs 5 are placed on the rising connection part of the roofing material 4, so-called tile rods, so as to cross this, and the part of the legs 5 that contacts the existing roof A is extracted in Fig. 2. As shown, nails 12 are driven diagonally into the rafters 1, and the crosspiece holding portions 6 are stacked on the top surface 5a of the leg portions 5, and then the nails 12 are driven into the center of the crosspiece holding portions 6. Both members are then fixed to the rafter 1. Further, as a specific example of the leg portion 5, as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3D, the leg portion 5 has a cross-section shaped like a triangle, and functions as a base for the new roof B by straddling the rising connecting portion of the existing roof A. In other words, figure a shows a standard type leg, figure b shows a leg with an oblong mounting hole 5a, and figure c shows a leg with a vertical side surface 5b slightly inclined inward to improve cushioning properties and drive the nail 12. The legs have a structure that makes them more reliable. Figure d shows the existing roof A.
This figure shows a leg section in which a cushioning protrusion 5c is provided on the ground surface of the leg section 5. Moreover, the crosspiece holding part 6 is useful for fixing the crosspiece 7 on the existing roof A via the legs 5, and its specific shape is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4 a to c. be done. In other words, figure a shows the standard type crosspiece holder 6.
Nail holes 6a to 6c are drilled in the side and bottom surfaces, and in particular, the nail holes 6b and 6c are offset in position, which is effective for more secure installation. Figure b shows a crosspiece holding portion in which the left and right edges of the bottom surface are projected to better match the leg portions 5. Figure c shows nail hole 6
This figure shows a crosspiece holding part in which b and 6c are notched. In addition, the base plate 9 and the waterproof layer 10 are the roofing material 1

First, as shown in Fig. 1a, on the existing roof A of the tile stick mushroom, the legs 5 shown in Fig. 3a and the crosspiece holding parts 6 shown in Fig. 4a are attached with nails 12 (length 70mm) at a pitch of 450mm. )
As shown in Figure 2, cast from the top of the head. Next, the crosspieces 7 are fitted into the holding portions of the crosspiece holding member 6 one after another from the ridge direction, and the crosspieces 7 are individually fixed with nails 13 to form a roof base. Therefore, on this crosspiece 7, plywood (9 mm) - polyurethane foam (density 40 kg/m 3 ,
The aluminum asbestos side of the base plate 9, which is made of aluminum asbestos paper (thickness 15 mm), is brought into contact with the crosspiece 7 and laid down with nails. Asphalt felt (17Kg/m 2 ) is laid on this base plate 9 from the girder toward the ridge, with the edges overlapping, and then the roofing material 11 for flat mushrooms is attached with hangers 14 by a well-known method. A new roof B is formed by raising the mushrooms one after another.

As described above, the metal sheet mushroom roof repair method according to the present invention has the feature that a new roof can be easily and efficiently formed on an existing roof without deforming or damaging the existing roof. In addition, because the locking tool for holding the crosspiece has a special shape, it is easy to attach and process, is low in cost, and securely holds the crosspiece.
Moreover, it has the feature that it can be easily fixed to the existing roof with short nails without having to break the rafters. Furthermore, the tile bars on the existing roof function as guides and spacers, and the crosspieces act as vibration isolators, so even if snow on the roof falls from the second floor to the first floor, vibrations can be significantly reduced. be. Another feature is that the air cycle is easy because a gap is formed between the existing roof and the new roof.
