By the way, when the switch is on and there are too many ingredients to be cooked, for example, a large load is placed on the motor, causing a problem that the switch may burn out due to the excessive current. For this reason, some overcurrent breakers are installed separately in the power supply circuit, but this increases the cost, and in the case of a multi-stage pushbutton switch like the one shown in the figure, if an overcurrent breaker is combined with each switch individually, This is unfavorable not only in terms of cost but also in terms of wiring.

An operating piece 14 is provided at the lower part of the operating rod 7 and intersects with the operating rod 7 and extends in the direction of the switch body 13. The actuating piece 14 is fitted into a long hole 15 with a pin 16 of the actuating rod 7 so that it can slide back and forth, and its rear end is pushed by a spring plate 17 to urge it toward the switch body 13. Said switch body 1
Reference numeral 3 denotes a switchbox 18, a movable contact plate 20 which is disposed vertically in the switchbox 18 in the drawing, and whose center portion is supported by a support terminal 19 so as to be movable in a see-saw manner, and the movable contact plate 2.
The first and second fixed terminals 21 and 22 facing the upper end and lower end of 0, respectively, and the support terminal 19 are electrically connected, and between the upper part of the movable contact plate 20 and the upper first fixed terminal 21. It consists of a bimetallic contact plate 23 located at the top. The bimetal contact plate 23 serves as an overcurrent breaker contact, and has a reversing spring 24 coupled to its free end. The actuating piece 14 provided at the lower part of the actuating rod 7 is connected to the movable contact plate 2.
It is designed to slide on the back surface of 0.

When the push button 6 is pressed here, the actuating rod 7 moves downward, and the actuating piece 14 also moves downward accordingly. When this actuating piece 14 crosses the fulcrum of the movable contact plate 20, it moves to the right in the figure against the spring plate 17, and when it crosses the fulcrum, it pushes the lower part of the movable contact plate 20 by the force of the spring plate 17. The movable contact plate 20 is brought into contact with the lower second fixed terminal 22 to turn on the switch.

Here, when an overcurrent flows due to some reason, the bimetal contact plate 23 bends due to heat generation and exceeds the reversal point of the reversing spring 24, and the bimetal contact plate 23 bends due to the reversal of the reversing spring 24. The switch is turned off by moving away from the fixed terminal 21 of No. 1, and this switch state is maintained. Therefore, the switch body 13 will not be burnt out due to heat generation.

If the actuating rod 7 and actuating piece 14 of the push button 6 are moved upward from this state, the movable contact plate 20 is displaced counterclockwise and presses the bimetal contact plate 23. When the reversing point of the reversing spring 24 is exceeded, the bimetal contact plate 23 returns to the state shown in FIG. 4 again. At this time, a space is provided between the bimetal contact plate 23 and the pressing portion of the movable contact plate 20 to prevent the bimetal contact plate 23 from being deformed due to the application of more force than necessary.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, when an overcurrent flows through the current switching contacts of the switch body, the switch of the present invention automatically switches off using the overcurrent breaker made of bimetal. Since the overcurrent breaker is integrated into the switch body, there is no need for duplicate wiring, and the cost is lower than when a separate breaker is provided. In addition, the current opening/closing contacts of the switch can perform the original switch operation, and are of great value.
