In addition, recently, instead of the above-mentioned bonded products, the board material is placed in a mold, a foaming resin liquid is injected, and this is foamed and cured to integrate the board material and the foam material into a product. A molding method has also been adopted to reduce the assembly process.

However, the disadvantage of this method is that the above-mentioned board material is usually trimmed into the shape of the molded product, and during this trimming, as shown in Fig. Open a mounting hole 1 (set to a larger diameter than the base 2a of the clip 2), and fit the mounting resin clip 2 into this hole 1 so that it can be moved slightly in relation to the alignment with the mating part. After combining, the board material 3 in this state is set in a mold, but in this case, the resin liquid flows out from the hole 1 due to the foaming pressure of the resin during foam molding, and after molding, as shown in Fig. 1b. When the base 2a of the clip 2 is stuck and the clip 2 is to be fitted to a mating part, the fitting will not be possible if the mounting hole on the mating part and the position of the clip 2 protruding from the board material 3 are even slightly different. In addition, if the clip 2 is forcibly bent to compensate for the installation error, it may break off from the base.

On the other hand, you can open the mounting hole to match the actual item,
Although it is conceivable to use a joining means other than clips, this method has the disadvantage of increasing the number of assembly steps and increasing costs.

<<Configuration and Effects of the Invention>> In order to achieve the above object, the automobile interior parts according to the present invention integrate a board material and a foamed material by molding a foamed resin liquid, and form the board material. In an automobile interior part that is attached to a car body panel by a clip that is attached to a clip attachment hole, the foam material has an undercut-shaped cavity that communicates with the clip attachment hole, and this cavity is The clip is characterized by being set to have a larger diameter than the flange portion of the clip, thereby allowing the clip to move minutely.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned method for manufacturing automotive interior parts includes trimming a board material into the shape of a molded product, and then molding the board material with an elastic cap removably fitted into a clip attachment hole opened in the board material. a step of setting the board in a mold; a step of injecting a foaming resin liquid into the mold and curing the foam to integrate the board material and the foam material; removing the elastic cap from the clip attachment hole and removing the board from the board. forming a gap in the foam material that communicates with the clip attachment hole of the board material and has a larger diameter than the flange portion of the clip; attaching the clip to the clip attachment hole of the board material; The method is characterized by comprising the steps of: accommodating the material so as to be minutely movable within the cavity;

That is, in the automobile interior parts according to the present invention, a void is formed in the foam material, and the clip can be attached to this void so that it can be moved minutely, so that it can be adjusted when joining with a mating component. This is extremely advantageous in practice since it eliminates the inconvenience that would make it impossible.

Furthermore, as for the manufacturing method of the above-mentioned interior parts, all that is required is to fit the elastic caps of a predetermined shape into the clip attachment holes of the board core material and then set the board core material into the molding die, as described above. By removing the elastic cap after molding, a gap can be formed in the foam material in the form of an undercut that allows the clip to move minutely, so there is no possibility of installation errors or dimensional errors with the mating part. It has the advantage of being able to easily produce extremely practical interior parts for automobiles that can absorb the above.

In addition, since the elastic cap is made of an elastic material such as SBR, it can be easily attached to and removed from the clip attachment hole of the board core material, resulting in good workability. Since it is reliably sealed, it is possible to reliably solve the problem of the foamed resin flowing out from this mounting hole during molding of the foamed resin liquid.

The board material 10 is trimmed in advance to the shape of the molded product to be obtained, and a mounting hole 11 in the shape of a daruma hole (a large-diameter hole 11a and a small-diameter hole 11b are connected) is formed as an opening. The elastic cap 12 is fitted into this mounting hole 11. This elastic cap 12 is made of an elastic material such as PP, PE, or SBR that has been subjected to mold release treatment on its surface.
A pedestal portion 12a having a diameter larger than the mounting hole 11, and a pedestal portion 12a that is erected on the pedestal portion 12a and that has a diameter larger than that of the mounting hole 11.
It consists of a fitting part 12b whose diameter is approximately equal to or slightly larger than the inner diameter of the cap, and a cap part 12c which is integrated into the upper part of this fitting part 12b and has a larger diameter than this fitting part 12b. . Also, the pedestal part 12
The thickness of a is the thickest, the thickness of the fitting part 12b is equal to the thickness of the board material 10, and the cap part 12c has a larger diameter than the head flange 2b of the clip 2, and is formed to be the same thickness or slightly thicker, It is in a state where it is easily deformed elastically. Therefore, the operability when attaching and detaching the elastic cap 12 is good.

Therefore, when fitting into the mounting hole 11, if the cap 12c is inserted in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 2, the cap 12c will be inserted while being elastically distorted, and will be pulled out by the elasticity of the cap portion 12c at the insertion position shown in FIG. The upper and lower sides of the board material 10 can be sealed airtight.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, the board material 10 fitted with the elastic cap 12 is set in a mold (not shown). Next, a foamed resin liquid is injected into this mold and foamed and hardened. At this time, due to the sealing action of the elastic cap 12, the foam material 13 is integrally molded onto the lower surface of the board material 10 without flowing out, as shown in FIG. 4a.
