た。 Conventional Tamaso requires skilled technique and is inefficient because the threads used are bundled, tied in the center with string, and the threads are cut into a spherical shape. In addition, the thread is wound around a ring-shaped tool made by butting semicircular annular plates, the thread is cut open, a string is inserted in the center, and the thread is tied. In addition to the inconvenience of tension, all of these conventional methods have threads that easily come off and the shape of the ball is distorted.
Also, it is easy to make porous spheres made of foamed organic polymers with fine fluff by polishing the surface, but since there are no threads on the surface, the texture is quite different from those made with thread. It felt cheap and looked bad.

Mixing the non-deformable thread and the shrinkable thread with the above-mentioned non-deformable thread and the shrinkable thread, the shrinkable thread is shrunk to push out the non-deformable thread and hold it even more firmly;
Alternatively, the shrinking part can be fixed with the above adhesive at the same time as the shrinkage, so that even if used for a long time, the thread will not come out
The aim is to efficiently and economically provide high-quality tamaso that does not lose its shape.

The element body is made of strong thread with a desired spacing,
It is tightened with a string, tengs, wire, piano wire, metal or plastic retaining ring, or other binding tool 4, and the tightening part 5 is cut 16 approximately in the middle to form a single body 6. When the single body is heat-treated, the non-deformable threads 2a expand radially, and the shrinkable threads 2b contract toward the tightening part, firmly fixing the non-deformable threads forming the outer edge of the ball and tightening the outer edge of the ball. A space 7 is formed by the shrinking yarn in the part, creating an elegant tamaso.

For example, the nylon thread and woolly nylon are mixed in a ratio of 2:6. Form a bundle and stretch it without loosening it to make a rod-shaped element consisting of hundreds or thousands of bundles.The rod-shaped element is tightened with metal retaining rings at appropriate intervals, and approximately the center is used for cutting. When cut with a cutter etc. and boiled in water at about 90-100℃,
The woolly nylon shrinks due to heat and fixes the tightening part, creating a beautiful radial ball with the woolly nylon as the base.

Two rod-shaped elements are provided. At these desired intervals, a plastic binding tool 4 (see FIGS. 5 and 6) having a ratchet 9 at one end and a slit 10 inside the other end is wound around each of the ends.
The ratchet is locked in the slit via a rubber ring 8 for attachment, a tightening portion is provided, and a cut is made approximately in the center between the slits. Next, when the single body formed by the cutting is treated with hot water of about 70 to 100 degrees Celsius, the woolly nylon shrinks due to the heat, the Solbron melts, and the woolly nylon is firmly attached to the base of the nylon thread together with the binding tool. Fix it.

Make one bundle, stretch these to 100 bundles, 200 bundles, etc.
Three rod-like elements of 300 bundles and different thicknesses are made, each of which is tied and connected with a proboscis thread 4, and a ring 8 for attachment is provided above. Cut these to make individual pieces as described above. 90 for the single unit
When boiled in water at about ~100°C, the Tetron woolly shrinks due to heat and the adhesive attached to it melts, fixing the Tetron woolly to the base of the polyester thread. In this case, instead of using rod-like elements of different thicknesses, the spherical body can be made by using rod-like elements of the same thickness but with different lengths.

Make a bundle at a ratio of 1:1, pull together dozens of bundles to make a rod-shaped element made of several hundred threads, mark the positions of the tightening parts at desired intervals on the element with a ruler, etc. The braided cord 8 of the tassel section attached to the rosary main body 13 is wrapped around the lower end of the braided cord 8 and tightened, and the approximately center between the tightened sections is cut.
It is steam-treated at a temperature of 100 to 130 degrees Celsius to produce a well-shaped and durable tamaso with moderate elasticity. 14 is a string core, and 15 is a beads.

In addition, the shrinking threads shrink into the tightening part and the space formed at the outer edge of the ball by this contraction allows the creation of a variety of tasteful balls that have never been seen before. It will be done. Further, after heat treatment with the shrinkable thread, the thread shrinks to the tightening part, and the thread, which is hardly deformed by the heat treatment, is pressed against the tightening part to further firmly hold the center of the whole, so that the thread does not come out. In addition, if the thread is made to have adhesive properties or the above-mentioned thread that melts and becomes an adhesive is used, it will be fixed integrally at the tightening part by this adhesive, so it will remain in its original shape forever. It holds well and does not lose its shape or the threads come off.
