(Prior art) In a process in which the object to be coated is immersed in a processing liquid tank such as an electrodeposition liquid tank, when the immersed object is removed from the electrodeposition liquid tank, the roof of the automobile body is If the object to be treated has a shape that has a recess that opens downward, negative pressure may act on this portion, causing the object to be deformed. Conventionally, deformation has been prevented by supporting the parts that are likely to be deformed due to negative pressure when the tank is taken out by immersing them in the tank, and then removing the beams after the tank is taken out. However, this method has a problem in that it requires the complicated work of locking a plurality of beams inside the object while aligning both ends of the beams.

In order to deal with this problem, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-87359 provides two conduits arranged side by side, and one end of the conduit is arranged so as to float inside the material to be treated by a float. One conduit is provided with a valve, and the other conduit is simply opened, and the opening of the other conduit is located below the valve position of the one conduit, and the valve rises as the processing liquid level rises, allowing the material to be processed to flow. An intake/exhaust device is disclosed that is configured to close when struck. With this device,
Trapped air generated in the material to be treated when entering the tank is discharged through a simply opened conduit, and when the space inside the material to be processed becomes negative pressure when leaving the tank, the above valve opens and air is introduced, thereby causing the material to be treated to deformation is prevented. However, with this structure, the float can move inside the object, so depending on the position of the float, the valve may come into contact with the inner surface of the object and be pressed by the buoyancy of the float.
Even if negative pressure is applied when draining the tank, the valve may not open and air may not be introduced. In addition, since this valve is designed to open due to the pressure difference between the gas phase remaining in the hollow part of the processed material and the atmosphere, the presence of a gas phase at the tip of the valve is required for operation. Not only is this not reliable, but it is also undesirable to leave the gaseous phase inside the processed material in order to operate the valve, as this will result in unprocessed residue.

In addition, as a method for eliminating the above-mentioned unprocessed residue, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 133494/1983 discloses that by shaking the processed material in the processing tank in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement, the air remaining in the recessed area at the top of the processed material is removed. An apparatus is disclosed in which the recesses are alternately pushed to one side and the recessed portions are sequentially immersed in the processing liquid. This device is designed to eliminate unprocessed areas in the recessed areas where air remains, and to obtain a desired treatment effect on the entire object to be treated, so the object to be treated is maintained in an inclined state over almost the entire length of the processing tank. Therefore, there is a problem in that the inside of the processing tank must be uniformly wide. Further, this device is simply for preventing unprocessed materials, and no consideration is given to preventing deformation of the processed materials due to negative pressure when unloading the tank.

(Operations and Effects of the Present Invention) According to the present invention, the processed material is swung in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction at the time of unloading the tank, and is lifted out of the processing liquid in an inclined state. In other words, the material to be treated emerges from the relatively rigid portion of the shoulder above the liquid surface. For this reason, even if a certain amount of negative pressure is applied, no deformation will occur, and if the material to be processed has a shape that has an opening near the recess, such as the door opening of a car body, it will be taken out of the tank in an inclined state. In this case, since air is introduced from this opening, a large negative pressure does not act, and negative pressure deformation at the time of unloading can be effectively prevented. Furthermore, since the present invention is intended to prevent negative pressure deformation when the tank is discharged, it is only necessary to tilt the treated material near the discharge side of the treatment tank, and therefore the entire treatment tank can be tilted. There is no need to make it wide. In addition, there is no need to specially install an air introduction pipe, etc., and negative pressure deformation when unloading the tank can be prevented with a simple configuration.
As a means for tilting the processed material, for example, a hanger that supports and conveys the processed material is swingably supported by a conveyor rail via a hinge mechanism, and when the processed material begins to appear on the liquid surface, the hanger is attached to the hanger. One example of this method is to provide a holding member that allows the hanger to swing downward together with the vehicle body. This holding member may be attached to the upper frame or the like via a bracket. Further, the means for tilting the processed material may be one in which the conveyor itself is tilted so as to convey the tilted hanger with a holding member without using a hinge mechanism as described above. It may also be something that tilts the.

FIG. 1 shows an electrodeposition tank 1 filled with an electrodeposition liquid 10.
1 is a cross-sectional view when a processed material, that is, a car body 9 is discharged from the tank. The vehicle body 9 is suspended on a conveyor rail 15 via a hanger 13, and a support roller 13a provided at the upper end of the hanger 13
By rotating on the conveyor rail 15,
The vehicle body 9 is conveyed to the right in the figure while being electrocoated. conveyor rail 15
is facing upward near the right end of the electrocoating tank, and the car body 9
is adapted to be guided upward and pulled up from the electrodeposition bath 11. When the car body 9 is pulled up from the electrodeposition tank 11, the car body 9 is pulled up as shown in the figure.
The front upper end of the roof panel 12 will come out of the liquid level first, but since this part has a recessed part 12a that opens downward, negative pressure will act on this part when it comes out of the liquid level. . The air introduction device of the present invention is effective in preventing deformation caused by this negative pressure.

The conveyor rail 15 has brackets 16, 18
It is attached to the frame 20 above the electrodeposition bath 11 via. The hanger 13 hanging down from the conveyor rail 15 is provided with a hinge mechanism 22 below the support roller 13a, and is swingable around a support shaft 24 in a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction. Further, a holding member 26 is attached to the frame 20 via a bracket 25. When the car body 9 is taken out from the electrodeposition tank 11, the car body 9 is transported and pulled upward, and the roof panel 1
2 starts to appear above the liquid surface 10a, the pressing member 2
6 hits the shoulder 13b of the hanger 13, and as the hanger is guided upward, it swings around the support shaft 24 and tilts. Along with this, the vehicle body 9 supported by the hanger 13 also tilts, and the shoulder 1 of the roof panel 12
It comes out above the liquid level from 2b. In this case, since the shoulder portion 12b has relatively high rigidity, it will not be deformed even if some negative pressure is applied thereto. In addition, the roof panel 12
There is an opening 9a for a door window below, and when the vehicle body 9 tilts and rises, air quickly enters the recessed part 12a of the roof panel 12 through this opening 9a, so that no large negative pressure is applied. Therefore, it is possible to effectively prevent deformation due to the negative pressure action during unloading.
