脚9は側縁8aに平行して一列に配列されてい

側コネクタと嵌合することで前記実施例で述べた
コネクタ14の固定板12と同様に、固定板15
は接地機能を果す。かかる半田付け接続構造を有
するコネクタ14,22は、絶縁体6,18の下
面に固定板12,15を設けたことによつて、プ
リント基板11との機械的接続強度が向上するこ
とは云う迄もなく、更には、接地線を含むフラツ
トケーブル等に接続されている相手側コネクタと
嵌合させた際、固定板12,15の接地用接触子
13,17に相手側コネクタの接地用コンタクト
を接触させることによつて、相手コネクタが固定
板12,15を介してプリント基板11上の接地
回路に接続される。尚上記実施例では固定板1
2,15の接地用接触子13,17をコンタクト
7,7′の接触部7a,7′aと同一寸法形状にし
たもので説明したが、勿論相手側コネクタの接地
用コンタクトに応じて、接地用接触子13,17
を各種の寸法形状に変更できる。又コンタクト
