(Prior Art) Bathtubs with various patterns have been devised and provided heretofore. For example, a pattern is printed on the surface of plastic, a cloth-like material made of glass fiber or other fibers, or a paper or other film-like material. There are things that are interposed in between. However, these have drawbacks such as poor pattern changeability. For this reason, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-33642 discloses a surface layer of a transparent resin, an intermediate layer formed by impregnating a woven or nonwoven fabric of hot water-resistant fibers with a transparent resin that has hot water resistance, and a scale-like material. It is composed of a pattern layer formed of a transparent resin that is resistant to hot water, and a back layer of fiber-reinforced plastic, and the scale-like material is pressed and adhered to the transparent resin with a roller, and then pressed with a defoaming roller or the like. A bathtub has been proposed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the bathtub disclosed in the above publication, since the scale-like material is pressed and pasted with a roller, the dispersibility of the scale-like material is poor and unevenness occurs. As a result, the scales are arranged in layers, resulting in a flat pattern with poor three-dimensionality.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above points, the present invention aims to provide a bathtub with a pattern having a more three-dimensional effect, and a method for manufacturing the same. a gel coat layer consisting of a transparent resin, a first decorative layer in which colored strips are dispersed in a thermosetting transparent resin so as to face in any direction, transparent heat-resistant/heat-resistant aqueous fibers and a transparent thermosetting resin. A reinforcing layer made of resin, a second decorative layer in which colored particles are dispersed in a thermosetting resin so as to face in an arbitrary direction, and a rigid layer such as resin concrete or glass fiber reinforced plastic are laminated in this order. The manufacturing method is to form a gel coat layer of transparent thermosetting resin on the surface of the mold, and then spray a transparent thermosetting resin liquid mixed with colored particles. After the resin in the first decorative layer has lost its fluidity, a reinforcing layer made by impregnating a heat-resistant, hot water-resistant, and transparent fiber layer with a thermosetting transparent resin is laminated. After the resin of the reinforcing layer loses its fluidity, a thermosetting transparent resin liquid mixed with the colored strips is sprayed to form a second decorative layer, and the resin of the second lid decorative layer loses its fluidity. After disappearing, a rigid layer of resin concrete or glass fiber reinforced plastic is laminated.

(Function) Liquid resin containing colored strips is sprayed with a spray gun and cures while being laminated, so the colored strips are oriented in arbitrary directions and reflect, refract, and scatter light in a variety of ways. The colored particles are dispersed evenly and evenly as they are distributed in the depths and shallows of the surface, and the colored particles are distributed evenly and evenly. Since a second decorative layer is provided, a pattern rich in three-dimensional depth can be obtained.

To manufacture the bathtub 1 according to the present invention, first, a gel coat resin (thermosetting transparent resin) made of unsaturated polyester resin is sprayed onto the surface of the mold 2 and cured to form a transparent gel coat layer 3. . Next, a transparent unsaturated polyester resin (thermosetting resin) 7 mixed with colored strips 5 is sprayed with a spray gun 9 to form a first decorative layer 11 and hardened. The colored strips 5 include thin film strips, acicular strips,
Forms such as granules, monofilament strips, etc. can be used. Alternatively, a mixture of two or more of these may be used. As the material of the colored strips 5, one or a mixture of synthetic resins such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, and PVC, natural minerals such as mica, crystal, and rock salt, and fired inorganic materials such as glass and ceramics are used. The size of the colored strips is preferably about 0.3 to 1.5 mm on the long side. 0.3mm
If it is less than 1.5, it will be difficult to see the individual patterns.
If it exceeds mm, the diameter of the spray nozzle becomes large, resulting in poor workability and coarse patterns that stand out, which may be unfavorable in terms of makeup effect.

A mat of glass fiber (transparent heat-resistant/heat-resistant water-resistant fiber) 13 is placed on the hardened first decorative layer, impregnated with transparent polyester resin liquid (thermosetting resin) 15, and cured after defoaming to form a reinforcing layer. form 17. The first decorative layer 1 is applied to the surface of the hardened reinforcing layer 17.
Similarly to 1, a transparent polyester resin liquid (thermosetting resin) 21 mixed with colored strips 19 is sprayed with a spray gun 23 and cured to form a second decorative layer 25. On this second decorative layer 25, opaque resin concrete or opaque glass fiber reinforced polyester resin is laminated and hardened to form a rigid layer 27. The colored strips 5 mixed into the first decorative layer 11 are, for example, about 0.3 to 1.0 mm, and the colored strips 19 mixed into the second decorative layer 25 are about 0.8 mm larger than the colored strips of the first decorative layer. If the size is about 1.5 mm, or the second decorative layer 25
When the colored strips 19 mixed in the first decorative layer 11 are lighter in color or have higher reflectance than the colored strips 5 mixed in the first decorative layer 11, the second decorative layer 25, that is, the deep makeup The pattern of the layers is more clearly visible.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention is as described above, and since the liquid resin containing the colored strips is sprayed with a spray etc. and cured while being laminated, the colored strips can be oriented in any direction and reflect, refract, and scatter light. The pigments are diverse and are distributed in various depths and shallows of the makeup layer, creating a deep and beautiful pattern.Furthermore, since it is sprayed by spraying, the colored particles are evenly and evenly dispersed. Also heat resistant,
Since the first decorative layer and the second decorative layer are provided through a reinforcing layer made of a water-resistant and transparent fiber layer impregnated with a thermosetting transparent resin, a deep three-dimensional pattern can be obtained. .
