Traditionally, flat stones have been attached to the outside of a concrete frame as the exterior walls of architectural structures, and wet construction methods involve temporarily fixing the stones to the frame and pouring mortar between them. In recent years, anchor bolts have been buried within the concrete structure, and the engraved heads of the screws have been placed on the surface of the structure, as there have been problems with earthquake resistance, efflorescence, where the lime content in the mortar oozes out, and poor workability. A so-called dry stone cladding method has been developed in which the stones are attached to the building frame using L-shaped fittings and the like.

In this dry masonry construction method, the installation accuracy of the anchor bolts buried within the building frame is an important point.

In other words, if the position, levelness, and amount of protrusion from the structure between the anchor bolts are not performed with high precision, this will have to be corrected, which will not only reduce construction efficiency but also pose a problem in installation strength. In particular, higher precision is required for the vertical spacing and horizontality of anchor bolts that bear the weight of the stone.

By the way, the conventional method of burying anchor bolts is to drill through holes in advance in the formwork for concrete pouring, and then pour concrete after the holes are erected. This was done by pushing the anchor bolts one by one into the through holes in the hardened state.

However, this method is inefficient, and the anchor bolts cannot be installed after the poured concrete for forming the frame has completely hardened. On the other hand, if the anchor bolts are installed before the concrete has hardened, the anchor bolts will shift due to their own weight. It will drop and you will not be able to maintain levelness.

Therefore, it is extremely difficult to judge the timing to insert the anchor bolt into the hole and install it.Furthermore, the installation into the poured concrete is done manually, so there are variations, and it is difficult to bury the anchor bolt within the desired precision. was difficult.

For this reason, the vertical and horizontal inclinations of the buried anchor bolts had to be corrected, which deteriorated the construction condition and became an obstacle to shortening the construction period and reducing costs.

Of the frame materials 24 and 26, the frame material 24 located on the outer surface of the formwork 22 has a U-shaped cross section with one side and upper and lower ends open, and the inner frame material 26 has one side open. The frame members 2 are formed into a dish shape with openings, and are arranged so that the respective openings face each other.
4 and 26 have insertion holes 32 and 34 formed in positions corresponding to the through holes 30 drilled in the formwork 22, respectively. Of the insertion holes 32 and 34, those of the inner frame material 26 are inserted into the outer (frame 20 to be formed)
It is tapered so that its diameter increases toward the side.

The formwork 22 to which the anchor bolts 36 are fixed in this way is erected by connecting the required number of forms horizontally as shown in FIG. 1, and concrete is poured.
After curing, the nut 40 is unscrewed and the formwork 22 is removed.
When removed, the anchor bolts 36 are buried within the frame 20.

Now, in the method of burying the anchor bolts for fixing masonry materials having the above-mentioned configuration, the anchor bolts 36 are buried in the frame members 24 and 24 in the formwork 22.
6 and then screw the anchor bolt 36 onto it, which not only simplifies the work, but also allows the anchor bolt 36 to fit through the through hole 30 and the insertion hole 3.
2, 34, and the stopper 38 is fitted with the insertion hole 34 of the frame material 26 on the frame 20 side, and the head 36a is further tightened with a nut 40 to firmly connect it to the formwork 22 and the frame materials 24, 26. Since the anchor bolts are buried vertically, the vertical spacing, perpendicularity, and
The amount of protrusion can be reliably constructed with high precision.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the frame materials 24, 26
Although the case where the frame material 22 is fixed to both sides of the formwork 22 has been illustrated, the above-mentioned effects can also be achieved even if the frame material 24 is used only as the outer frame material and the through hole 30 of the formwork 22 is shaped to fit with the stopper 38. Further, the anchor bolt 36 is not limited to a substantially L-shape, and can have various shapes such as a straight line or a crank shape.
If the reinforcement on the 0 side becomes an obstacle to embedding, it is also possible to bend the reinforcement into a shape that bypasses the reinforcement.

As described above in detail in the embodiments, in the method of burying an anchor bolt for fixing stone cladding according to the present invention, the anchor bolt is mounted and buried in a formwork using a frame material and a nut. Not only is it easy to handle, but the protrusion and verticality of the anchor bolt can be buried with high precision.
