(a) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a liquid fuel combustor that includes a cartridge-type fuel tank that stores liquid fuel such as kerosene and an oil pan that receives fuel from the tank, and particularly relates to a liquid fuel combustor that has a built-in cartridge type fuel tank that stores liquid fuel such as kerosene and an oil pan that receives fuel from the tank. The present invention provides a liquid fuel combustor in which a display device displays the remaining combustible time based on the amount of fuel in the liquid fuel combustor. (b) Conventional technology Conventionally, in this type of liquid fuel combustor,
As disclosed in Publication No. 55-56528, there is a device that detects the amount of fuel and displays the remaining combustion time digitally. There is a large difference between the remaining combustion time displayed when the combustion amount is strong and when the combustion amount is weak, and if the switching of the combustion amount is automatically controlled by a room temperature detection means such as a room thermistor, the remaining combustion time displayed on the display will increase. Since the combustion time of the burner changes rapidly each time the burner's combustion amount is switched from high to low, it is difficult for the user to see, and it is also difficult to know the remaining combustion time. (C) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is designed to display the remaining combustion time without changing the amount of combustion of the burner. This is what I did. (d) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention provides a weight detection means for detecting the weight of a cartridge-type fuel tank when a certain amount of fuel is contained in the tank before it becomes empty, and a weight detection means and an output signal when activated. a microcomputer that calculates and outputs the remaining combustion time during which combustion can be continued at a strong combustion amount regardless of the burner combustion amount from the time when an activation signal is received;
and a display for displaying the remaining combustion time output by the microcomputer. (E) Effect Detects when the fuel amount has fallen below a certain level, subtracts the fuel consumption amount depending on whether it is strong or weak from the fuel amount at predetermined intervals, and calculates the remaining combustion time based on that value. is carried out by a microcomputer,
By displaying the remaining time at the strong combustion amount (maximum combustion amount), the user can always easily know the shortest combustion time (remaining time during which combustion can be continued at the strong combustion amount). (F) Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes the main body of the liquid fuel combustor, which includes a burner 2 such as a rotary gasification burner, a cartridge type fuel tank 3 that stores kerosene as liquid fuel, and a level regulator that receives the kerosene flowing down from the tank 3. It has a built-in oil pan 4 that constitutes a.
Reference numeral 5 denotes an electromagnetic pump that supplies the fuel in the oil pan 4 to the burner 2 through the oil supply pipe 6;
The lower end opening is located at the lower part of the oil pan 4. The pump 5 is controlled by a microcomputer 23 and a combustion control circuit 41, which will be described later, and the amount of kerosene sent to the burner 2 can be divided into high and low levels.
It is now possible to change it in stages. Reference numeral 7 denotes a hot air outlet provided at the bottom of a panel (not shown) attached to the front of the main body 1, which connects the combustion tube 8 to the air passage case 9.
The combustion gas from the burner 2 flowing into the room and the air blown from the hot air fan 10 are combined, and hot air is discharged into the room from the hot air outlet 7. 11 is an opening/closing lid that opens and closes the entrance and exit of the tank 3; 12 is a heat shield plate for the tank 3, which has a substantially L-shaped cross section and also serves as a guide plate for the tank 3; Reference numeral 13 denotes a weight detecting means for closing a notice switch 14 consisting of a micro switch or the like when the weight of the tank 3 decreases, and includes a support fitting 16 fixed to the left and right rear ends of the upper surface of the oil pan 4 with nuts 15, and a tip. an actuating plate 17 whose rear end is pivotally supported by the support fitting 16 so that the bent part 17a of the actuating plate 17 can move vertically; and a coil which urges the bent part 17a of the actuating plate 17 toward the advance notice switch 14 side. a spring 18; and a fixture 19 fixed to the front surface of the heat shield plate 12 to lock and support the other end of the coil spring 18 and to which the advance notice switch 14 is attached.
When the fuel tank 3 is placed on the oil pan 4, the operating plate 17 comes into contact with the lower surface of the tank 3. Furthermore, the spring 18 is activated so that the fuel in the tank 3 decreases to the level level position.
The tip of the actuating plate 17 moves against the weight of the advance switch 1.
The return force is set to allow movement to the 4th side. Also,
This level is set at a position where combustion can continue for a preset period of time (for example, 90 minutes) from when the detection means 13 is activated. A float 20 floats above the liquid level in the oil pan 4, and is normally floated at a level-low position. Reference numeral 21 denotes a stop switch such as a reed switch installed in a support cylinder 22 that supports the float 20 so as to be able to move up and down, and stops the float 20 from descending when the liquid level in the oil pan 4 drops from level low to level high. Close by. Next, a block diagram of an electric circuit showing one embodiment shown in FIG. 1 will be explained. Reference numeral 23 denotes a microcomputer (hereinafter referred to as microcomputer) which stores a sequence program for combustion operation in advance and has a clock function and a timer function inside. an output port 24 that outputs display signals such as, a first input port 25 that inputs the signal of the aforementioned notice switch 14, and a second input port 2 that inputs the signal of the stop switch 21.
6. It is equipped with an input/output port 27 that controls a combustion control circuit 41, which will be described later. Reference numeral 28 denotes a power supply terminal to which the DC voltage V DD output from the power supply circuit 29 is input. 30 is a general commercial AC power supply of AC100V, and 31 is a GND terminal connected to earth. 32 is a display connected to the output port 24 of the microcomputer 23, and the display 32 has four number display bodies 33, 34, 35, and 36 arranged side by side.
Hours are displayed on the digit display bodies 33 and 34, and minutes and remaining combustion time are displayed on the right two digit display bodies 35 and 36. In addition, the display sections 34 and 35 of the display device 32
Colon indicators 37 and 38 are provided between the two to display hour and minute divisions. 39 and 40 are LEDs that display morning (AM) and afternoon (PM). A combustion control circuit 41 is connected to the input/output port 27 of the microcomputer 23, and the control circuit 41 controls all operations of the combustor according to the output signal of the microcomputer 23. The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and its operation will be described below. Now, the fuel tank 3 placed on the oil pan 4 is filled with almost full kerosene, and the kerosene in the oil pan 4 is stable at level low and the stop switch 21 is opened, while the fuel tank 3 Detection means 1 by the weight of
The tip of the operating plate 17 of No. 3 moves down and the warning switch 14 is activated.
has been established. In the above state, a time signal is output from the output port 24 of the microcomputer 23 regardless of whether or not the burner 2 is in combustion, and the display 32 displays, for example, "AM10:00" as shown in FIG. Then, the microcomputer 2 is activated by the user's operation.
When the combustion start signal is input to 3, the microcomputer 23
controls the combustion control circuit 41 to start combustion operation. After that, when the kerosene in the fuel tank 3 is consumed to the level by continuing combustion in the burner 2, that is, the weight of the tank when a certain amount of fuel is contained is detected by weight, before the fuel in the tank 3 becomes empty. The means 13 detects this, closes the notice switch 14, and inputs the notice signal to the first input port 25 of the microcomputer 23. As mentioned above, the microcomputer 23 calculates the remaining combustion time based on the flowchart of FIG. 8 from the time when the advance notice signal is input to the first input port, and gives priority to the display signal from the output port 24 over the time signal. The output is displayed on the display 32. At this time, the calculation of the remaining combustion time performed by the microcomputer 23 is based on whether the combustion amount of the burner 2 is strong or weak at predetermined time intervals (for example, 1 minute) from the time when the advance notice signal is input to the first input port 25. The amount of fuel consumed according to the combustion amount is subtracted from the value set in advance on the program (remaining amount of kerosene), and the subtracted value is calculated as the amount of remaining kerosene that can be continuously burned at a strong combustion amount. The combustion time T is displayed on the display 32. To explain in more detail, for example, if the combustion rate of the burner is 3000 Kcal/h when it is strong and 1500 Kcal/h when it is weak, the amount of kerosene consumed per minute is about 6 c.c. when it is strong and about 3 c.c. when it is weak. c., and if the amount of kerosene contained in the fuel tank 3 in the oil pan 4 is approximately 600 c.c. when the weight detection means 13 is activated, combustion will continue for approximately 100 minutes with strong fuel. I can do it. Therefore, the microcomputer 23
By setting the value "540" (remaining amount of kerosene) in advance in the program with a margin in advance, when the detection means 13 is activated, the display 32 will display "90" as shown in FIG. is displayed. After that, if the operation continues with a strong combustion amount, the remaining combustion time T displayed on the display 32 will be subtracted by "1" every minute, and after 90 minutes, it will be "0" as shown in FIG. Become. In addition, if the operation is continued at a weak combustion amount after the detection means 13 is activated, the remaining combustion time T displayed on the display 32 is subtracted by "1" every 2 minutes and displayed after 180 minutes. The remaining combustion time is "0" as shown in FIG. The indicator 32 is activated from the time when the detection means 13 described above is activated.
The relationship with the remaining combustion time displayed in is shown in the table below.
