Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, this type of water tube boiler has a plurality of water tubes 3 between the upper and lower annular headers 1 and 2, as shown in Fig. 1.
were installed in a ring shape to form a heat exchanger.
The combustion gas combusted by the burner 4 was flowing between the water pipes 3 of the buttful 5 according to the arrow A. On the other hand, water supplied from the water supply port 6 passes through the water pipe 3 according to arrow B, and is supplied from the hot water supply port 7. In this configuration, the passage resistance of the combustion gas passage 8 between the water pipes 3 is small, so that the heat exchange efficiency is low. In addition, due to the heat shield 5, the temperature of the heat shield near the bottom of the heat shield 9 where the combustion flame touches the heat shield 9 becomes 400 to 500°C, and it is necessary to improve the insulation performance of the heat insulating material 10 covering the outside of the heat shield 9. It had problems such as lack of durability and reliability.

With this configuration, the passage resistance of combustion gas near the water pipe increases, heat exchange efficiency improves, and the temperature of the heat shield plate decreases, improving the reliability of the equipment.

A plurality of water pipes 3 are erected in a ring shape between upper and lower annular headers 1 and 2. Upper and lower annular header 1,
A heat exchange chamber is formed by a heat shield plate 4 and a baffle 5 provided concentrically with respect to the heat exchanger 2. In addition, a baffle plate 7, which is rotatably connected to the annular band 6 concentric to the upper and lower annular headers 1 and 2, is inserted into the gap between each water pipe 3 from the inside of the upper annular header 1. .

On the other hand, the flow on the water side follows arrow B, and the water inlet 12
After being supplied with water, the hot water rises in the water pipe 3, exchanges heat with the combustion gas, and is discharged from the hot water supply port 12.

Further, the baffle plate 7 is connected to the annular band 6 so as to be rotatable left and right, and is inserted into the gap between the respective water pipes 3 from inside the upper annular header 1, so that it can be easily removed.

Effects of the Invention According to the water tube boiler of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.

(1) 高熱交換効率が得られる。(1) High heat exchange efficiency can be obtained.

By inserting a baffle plate into the gap between the water tubes, the combustion gas rises around the water tubes in a turbulent state, improving the efficiency of heat exchange with the combustion gas.

(2) 邪魔板の取りはずしが容易である。(2) The baffle plate can be easily removed.

Since the baffle plate is connected to the annular band so that it can rotate left and right, it can be easily inserted from the inside of the upper annular header into the gap between the groups of water pipes that are erected to have a concentric circle larger than the inner diameter of the upper annular header. It can be removed.

(3) 高い信頼性が得られる。(3) High reliability can be obtained.

The baffle plate provides high heat exchange efficiency, lowers the temperature of the combustion gas, and reduces the temperature rise of the heat shield plate forming the outer periphery of the heat exchange chamber as the straight portion of the lower part of the baffle plate receives the flame. Further, since combustion is completed at the lower part of the baffle plate where the temperature rises due to direct flame, generation of unburned gas and medium can be prevented.
