するものであり、以上の障害を克服する手段とし
て駆動伝達経路上に移送台をスプリングで一方向
に付勢しガタ防止をしている。

またリニアモータの界磁部20は基台11に固定
される。以上のようにヘツド取付部とリニアモー
タ部の間を薄肉の板体を波形状に形成したアーム
