<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Among the conventional methods described above, the method of pouring fluid concrete into formwork on a vibration table is difficult because it is not possible to place too many formworks on the table. However, there are problems such as poor manufacturing efficiency and the fact that the concrete is compacted only by vibration, which may cause air bubbles to form and result in defective products.

In addition, concrete can be poured efficiently by fixing various frames inside a cylindrical formwork and pouring fluid concrete into the formwork while rotating the cylindrical formwork. There was a problem in that after pouring concrete and hardening the concrete, it took a considerable amount of time to disassemble the various frames inside the cylindrical formwork and take out the product.

Then, this cylindrical form is placed on a suitable rotating device, and while the cylindrical form is rotated by this rotating device, fluid concrete is poured into the cylindrical form using centrifugal force. After forming the desired form material, it is cured. However, in the case of this invention, each inner formwork is of a pull-out type, so each inner formwork is pulled out from the cylindrical formwork together with the inner formwork before the concrete completely hardens. It can be cured in a curing room.

<Effects> As described above, the present invention includes a drawer-shaped inner formwork for forming a concrete form of a desired shape installed inside the cylindrical formwork, and this cylindrical formwork is rotated by an appropriate rotating device. The concrete is placed on top of the mold and rotated, using centrifugal force to inject fluid concrete into the inner formwork within the cylindrical formwork, making it extremely efficient to manufacture concrete forms with complex shapes. Moreover, since the concrete is compacted by a strong centrifugal force, there is no risk of bubble generation as in the conventional compaction method using a vibration table, and a far superior product can be obtained compared to the conventional method.

In addition, since the inner formwork is a pull-out type that can be attached and removed from the side of the cylindrical formwork, the inner formwork can be easily taken out from the cylindrical formwork after molding.
Thereafter, the concrete can be cured together with the inner formwork in a curing chamber, which has the effect of facilitating post-forming processing.
