【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本発明は、例えば裸銅線(硬、軟銅線)、エナ
メル線、錫めつき線、被覆線、銅線等の少くとも
金属線をもつ線条体即ち金属線条体の巻取に於け
る線のとめ方に好適なリールに関するものであ

ず、又線条体の取扱いが面倒で自動機の応用に不

本発明に於いては、金属線条体巻取用リールは

第1図及び第2図に示す様に、胴体10の両端
側に夫々フランジ11,12を備えるリールに於
いて、胴体の一方の端側のフランジ12は線条体
を蓄えるための溝部13をはさんで内側、外側の

后S1からS2に移動さす。なお24は線条体つ

Claims (1)
に於いて、胴体の少くとも一方の端側のフランジ
は線条体を蓄えるための溝部をはさんで内側、外
側の2個のフランジからなり、リール外部から2
個のフランジの外側フランジを経て溝部内に線条
体を通すための切込みを2個のフランジの外側フ
ランジに、溝部内から2個のフランジの内側フラ
ンジを経て胴体上に溝部内に巻かれたあとの線条
体を通すための切込みを2個のフランジの内側フ
ランジに、上記外側、内側両フランジの切込みを
同方向として夫々設けて線条体巻き始め端用切込
みを形成し、又胴体上から2個のフランジの内側
フランジを経て溝部内に胴体上に巻かれたあとの
線条体を通すための切込みを2個のフランジの内
側フランジに、溝部内から2個のフランジの外側
フランジを経て外部へ溝部内に巻かれたあとの線
条体を通し線条体の端を逆曲げさせるための切込
みを2個のフランジの外側フランジに、上記内
側、外側両フランジの切込みを同方向として且つ
前記線条体巻き始め端用切込みと逆方向の角度を
もつて夫々設けて線条体巻き終わり端用切込みを
形成したことを特徴とする金属線条体巻取用リー
