DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a super-element, particularly a super-element having a large number of concentric pleat structures, the purpose of which is to form a special preform in advance and deform it by folding it. In particular, it has a large number of concentric folded chevron structures,
In addition, the respective pleats, that is, the peaks and troughs, are reliably maintained at regular intervals without coming into contact with each other, providing an element with a large overarea and high overefficiency.

Conventionally, elements of this type are well known, which are formed by vertically spiraling flat and corrugated paper. However, in this case, the paper is in contact with each other at the crests of the waves, and the waves are easily crushed when rolled up, reducing the surface area of the material and lowering the overefficiency. Moreover, excessive resistance increases and manufacturing is also complicated.

Therefore, it has been proposed to bend a triangular or fan-shaped material into a wave-shaped cross section and then curve it laterally into a ring shape, but this method would not be possible to create a structure with vertical waves. Since it is curved laterally into a ring shape, there is a difference in circumferential length due to the difference in the radius of each peak and valley, making it difficult to curve. In order to absorb this, it is necessary to process the material by creating fine vertical wrinkles on its surface. However, since the material itself is paper-like and curved in a wave-like manner, when adjacent peaks or valleys are formed into a ring, there are areas where they come into contact and overlap, reducing the surface area and losing the significance of pleat formation. There are some disadvantages.

The present invention improves these conventional drawbacks and provides a over-element in which each pleat is reliably held concentrically without any contact, and which can be easily manufactured with high productivity. It is.

That is, the present invention forms contour lines that equally divide the height into required lengths on the peripheral surface of a hollow, substantially conical preform formed from a material of a predetermined thickness,
By repeatedly folding the top of the conical shape in the vertical direction toward the inside of the main body along the contour lines, the preform has a plurality of concentric pleat structures with the lower end as the outer periphery and the upper end as the center. It is a superelement formed by forming .

Paper, non-woven fabric, or other sheet-like materials may be cut into approximately fan shapes, then curved and glued together on both sides. Alternatively, a suspension of paper raw materials may be used to form a conical mold to the required thickness. It may be made into a seamless paper or molded product by depositing raw materials. In any case, the element of the present invention can be obtained by making such a preform and repeatedly folding it inward alternately.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of the over-element according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a section taken along line A-A'.
In this way, the crests and troughs are concentrically repeated like ridges 11, troughs 12, ridges 13, troughs 14, etc. to form a pleated structure. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a conical preform, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view thereof, with reference numeral 1 indicating a member. Fold lines corresponding to peaks and valleys such as 11, 12, 13, . That is, first, as shown by the arrow a in FIG. 5, the top of the conical shape is folded back inside and downward along the line 11 of the main body. Next, point the top that has come down upwards as shown by arrow b, and draw a line 12.
When the element is folded back according to the following, the outermost peak portion 11 of the element is formed and the trough portion 12 is formed.
This operation is repeated alternately and finally, as shown in FIG. 6, the top is folded upward as shown by the arrow x, and then folded downward as shown by the arrow y, to form the innermost peak 19. A superelement is obtained with a large number of concentric pleats.

According to the present invention, simply by repeatedly folding the top of the conical shape in the vertical direction,
The over-element is constructed with a concentric chevron-shaped pleat structure whose spacing is accurately and reliably maintained. Therefore, the drawbacks of the conventional method, which required complicated steps and had an uncertain pleat structure, are completely eliminated, and the effects of the present invention are extremely large.
