本発明は、各種外観、形状、寸法及び特性等か
らなる食品であつて、特に膨化層と未膨化層(ス
キン層)とを横断面に有する場合の成形方法とそ
の成形方法の実施に用いる食品の成形装置に関す

に同時に有する食品の成形を行なえるようにした
