した後続の被塗物をセツテイング位置に移送し、
搬送ライン外で待機中の被塗物を再び塗装ステー
シヨンに移動して同一の自動塗装機にて第2回目
塗装すると共に、その間セツテイング位置の被塗
物を搬送ライン外に移動して待機させる工程と、
第2回目塗装を完了した被塗物セツテイング位置
に移送し、待機中の被塗物を再び塗装ステーシヨ
ンに移動して第2回目塗装する工程と、前記セツ
テイング位置にある塗装完了の被塗物を塗装ブー
ス外に搬出し、塗装ステーシヨンで第2回目塗装
を完了した被塗物をセツテイング位置に移送し、
後続する被塗物を塗装ステーシヨンに搬入する工
程とを繰り返し行うことを特徴とするものであ
る。

ユオフする工程と、前記第1回目塗装を完了した
後続の被塗物をセツテイング位置に移送し、搬送
ライン外で待機中の被塗物を再び塗装ステーシヨ
ンに移動して同一の自動塗装機にて第2回目塗装
すると共に、その間セツテイング位置の被塗物を
搬送ライン外に移動して待機させる工程と、第2
回目塗装を完了した被塗物セツテイング位置に移
送し、待機中の被塗物を再び塗装ステーシヨンに
移動して第2回目塗装する工程と、前記セツテイ
ング位置にある塗装完了の被塗物を塗装ブース外
に搬出し、塗装ステーシヨンで第2回目塗装を完
了した被塗物をセツテイング位置に移送し、後続
する被塗物を塗装ステーシヨンに搬入する工程と
を繰り返し行うことを特徴とする連続的に移送す
る被塗物の自動塗装方法。
