The inventors of the present invention have previously developed a method for manufacturing stair blocks with roughly ``shaped sides'' or paving stone blocks with flat plate shapes using centrifugal force using concrete raw materials mixed with crushed granite and cement. According to this manufacturing method, the concrete is compacted by centrifugal force and the water is squeezed out to the inner surface, so the surface of the concrete is compacted to the extent that it does not easily dent even when pressed with your fingers. Then, by steam curing, etc., it is possible to obtain a product with extremely high density and high strength.

However, in general stairs or paving stones, the treads are the most eye-catching part of the exterior, and moreover, the treads are required to have high hardness to improve wear resistance. Therefore, it is desired to use natural stone, which has higher hardness than artificial stone. It would therefore be best to manufacture the entire stair block or slab block from natural stone, but this is not common practice due to resource and cost considerations.

Therefore, it is desired to manufacture a concrete block in which only the treads of the stair block or flat block are made of natural stone, and the rest is made of concrete mixed with crushed natural stone. In other words, when manufacturing a concrete block in which only the treads are made of natural stone and the other parts are made of concrete, a method of attaching natural stone plates only to the treads is to use concrete as a raw material to create a stair block base in the shape of a stair block or a block base in the form of a flat plate. After forming the block, it is conceivable to use an adhesive to adhere a natural stone plate to the top surface of the block matrix, but this adhesive-based attachment method reduces the labor costs and adhesive materials used in the adhesion process. The cost was enormous and it was not suitable for production. Therefore, by applying the method for manufacturing stair blocks using centrifugal force that the present inventor had previously developed, the stair block base made of concrete and natural stone were combined. For example, this method of adhesion is known from the method for manufacturing stair blocks (Japanese Patent Publication No. 43-7158), which the present inventor has already obtained the rights to. Since the block is a method of attaching natural stone to the riser surface of the stair block, which is relatively unimpacted, a satisfactory adhesion force between the stair block base and the natural stone plate was obtained simply by the adhesive effect of centrifugal force.

However, the aim of the present invention is to attach natural stone slabs to the treads of stairs, etc. where the most impact force is applied, but with the conventional centrifugal molding method, the adhesion force is insufficient and there are problems in terms of durability. It was hot.

The manufacturing process of the stair block 1 is as follows: After setting the natural stone slab 3 in a predetermined molding frame (not shown), filling the concrete in the same molding frame,
After that, this molding frame is sealed and attached to a centrifugal molding material (not shown), and then this centrifugal molding machine is driven to form a stair block 1 in which the natural stone slab 3 and the stair block base body 2 made of concrete are integrated. is centrifugally molded, but in this example,
In order to increase the bonding force (adhesive force) between the natural stone board 3 and the stair block base 2, an engagement groove 3' is formed on the back surface of the natural stone board 3, and the stair block base 2 is inserted into the engagement groove 3'. A part of the concrete is pushed in using centrifugal force.

It is desirable that the means for forming the engagement grooves 3' on the back surface of the natural stone plate 3 be low cost and excellent in workability and productivity compared to the multi-plate natural stone plate 3, as shown in FIG. In the example shown in
The engaging groove 3' is formed as follows. That is, by transporting the natural stone board 3 while driving a pair of left and right inclined cutters 4 and 4' arranged in a substantially eight-shape shape with respect to the back surface of the natural stone board 3, the natural stone board 3 is An inclined groove a is formed.
Next, in order to expand the groove width of the groove a, the slope b, in which the angle between the slope of the groove a and the back surface of the natural stone board 3 is an obtuse angle, is made perpendicular to the back surface of the natural stone board 3, as shown in FIG. A pair of right-angle cutters 5, 5' on the left and right forming a
By cutting, a natural stone plate 3 having engagement grooves 3' as shown in FIG. 1 is obtained. In addition, in this embodiment, 1
After the next cutting, the right-angle cutters 5, 5' perform secondary cutting, but this cutting order may be reversed. It may also be made to have .
Further, in some cases, secondary cutting using the right-angled cutters 5, 5' may be omitted. In any case, in this embodiment, a locking groove 3' having an inclined surface making an acute angle with respect to the back surface of the natural stone plate 3 is provided on the back surface of the natural stone plate 3.
By forming one or more strips, this natural stone plate 3
This enhances the connectivity between the stair block base 2 and the stair block base 2.

That is, after setting the natural stone plate 3 having the locking groove 3' in a formwork, the formwork is further filled with concrete raw material, and then centrifuged by a centrifugal forming machine. Since a part of the concrete raw material is press-fitted into the locking groove 3' at high density, the natural stone slab 3 and the stair block matrix 2 are
The adhesive bonding force with the material is increased. Furthermore, even if the natural stone slab 3 were to be separated from the stair block base 2, the action of the locking groove 3' having an acute angle prevents the natural stone slab 3 from floating above the stair block base 2, improving durability. It also has the effect of In the above embodiment, an example of manufacturing a stair block was explained, but since a flat block can also be formed in the same manner, the example of manufacturing a flat block will be omitted.

As described above, the present invention forms one or more inclined grooves having an acute angle with respect to the back surface of a natural stone plate, and places this natural stone plate within a formwork in which a concrete block is to be formed. After the treads of the block are set at the point where they are to be formed, the space within the formwork is filled with concrete, which is then passed through a centrifugal forming machine to form a concrete block that is an integral part of the natural stone slab and concrete. This is a method for manufacturing concrete blocks.

According to the invention, therefore, by centrifugal shaping action,
Since a portion of the concrete filled in the formwork is press-fitted into the locking groove 3' at a high density, the adhesive bonding force between the natural stone slab 3 and the stair block base body 2 is increased. Furthermore, even if the natural stone slab 3 were to be separated from the block base 2, the action of the locking groove 3' having an acute angle prevents the natural stone slab 3 from floating above the stair block base 2, improving durability. effective. Furthermore, since the concrete block made according to the present invention has its treads made of natural stone slabs, the treads that are most visible on the stairs have the aesthetic appearance of natural stone, and the hardness of the treads is higher than that of artificial stone. Because it is expensive, it has excellent durability and other effects.
