Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、合成樹脂製チユーブ容器における下
端部のシール加工方法に関するものであつて、下
端部であるシールエンド部分を肉厚にしてシール
を確固たるものにすると共に、該部分の形状を所
望のものになり得るようにすることを目的とする
ものである。

従来よりの合成樹脂製のチユーブ容器は、円筒
形状の胴部下端部を扁平に押し潰し、この下端部
を加熱溶融化させてシール金型によりシールを達
成する手段をとつていた。

しかしながらこの手段によつて得られたシール
エンド部分の肉厚は、溶融により、胴部の周壁を

ール部と胴部との接続部の強度が劣ることが多々
であつた。

ールが考えられるのであるが、該部分が肉薄であ
ると強度上問題が残り、しかも所望の形状を得る
ことができず、さらに別本物をシールエンド部分
に付形するには、別途の装置、工程を加えざるを
得ない。

本発明は、上述した従来の欠点を解消するべく
創案されたものであつて、シールエンド部となる
容器の下端部を加熱溶融化させた後に折りたたん
で重ね合せ、さらにこの下端部を、シール金型を
兼ねた割り金型により、肉厚となつた所望の形状
のシールエンド部に成形するようにしたものであ
る。

の下部が仮クランプ装置3によつて左右から扁平
に押し潰されて挾持され、下端部2は前記仮クラ
ンプ装置3から所望長さだけ突出している(第1
図)。

ンを配しておき、下端部2を貫通させるが如き形
態となるものである。

した積層シートである場合には、下端部2端面を
巻き込むことができる回数、すなわち最低2回の
折曲げ加工を必要とする。
