As is already known, the insulated trolley has a cross section of approximately U with respect to the trolley conductor in which the current collector runs in contact with
A letter-shaped insulating cover is continuously coated in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in Fig. 1, the insulating cover Ti, which is continuously coated in the longitudinal direction on the trolley conductor Tm, has a current collector of the trolley conductor Tm. contact part
On the Tmc side, a pair of leg-like bodies Tg, Tg are formed to protrude apart from each other to set a limited opening Th, and the current collector Cb of the collector C comes into biased contact with the trolley conductor part Tmc through the opening Th. The left and right jetties Cg and Cg of the boulder Ch that support the current collector are a pair of leg-shaped bodies.
When the holder jetties Cg, Cg are positioned outside of Tg, Tg and form a current collecting position, the leg-like bodies Tg, Tg
This is designed to prevent lateral deflection and ensure stable running current collection.

By the way, it is necessary to supply the necessary electrical energy to the trolley conductor Tm which has been insulated in this way, but in that case, the insulating cover Ti must be removed and a power supply terminal must be attached.

Conventionally, in order to configure such a power supply section, as shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the insulating cover Ti is completely cut and removed by a predetermined length at the point FP of the insulated trolley T where power is to be supplied, and the trolley conductor Tm is completely spread out. An exposed section is created, a power supply terminal Ft is attached to this exposed trolley conductor Tm′ to create a power supply position, and the cut ends Tie, Tie of the insulating cover Ti that have been cut and separated are
A vertically split type power supply protection cover Fc is assembled and adhered between them to insulate and protect the exposed trolley conductor Tm′ and power supply terminal Ft. Separate leg parts Tg', Tg' are provided, and the parts Tg', Tg' are arranged to straddle the respective cut ends of the pair of leg-like bodies Tg, Tg in the insulating cover Ti, and the separated leg parts Tg', Tg' are arranged to straddle the respective cut ends of the pair of leg-shaped bodies Tg, Tg in the insulating cover Ti. The passage of the current collector was accomplished by the guidance of the current feeding unit protective cover Fc.

However, according to such a configuration, the current collector Cb and the holder Ch supporting it are connected to the leg-shaped body Tg of the insulating cover Ti, the releasable leg part Tg' of the Tg power supply protection cover Fc,
It will pass through the joint with Tg', and if the power supply protection cover Fc is not assembled correctly, there is a tendency to create a step at the joint, and the current collector (holder)
There were concerns about achieving stable running current collection, as they were prone to problems such as getting caught. It has also been found that even if the power supply protection cover is carefully assembled and the insulating cover is accurately connected between the ends, new problems will occur when it is actually installed and put into use.

In other words, thermal expansion and contraction is used depending on ambient temperature changes and conductor temperature conditions during energization, and it has been observed that the distance between the cut ends of the insulating cover Ti changes due to this thermal expansion and contraction. This is because when tension was applied to the trolley conductor to suppress sagging while attaching it to a long length, the application of tension caused a change in the cut and separation dimensions.

By changing the separation dimension of the insulating cover in this way, the separated cut ends Tie, Tie of the insulating cover Ti approach each other as shown in Fig. 4A, and the end of the cover Ti becomes the power supply protection cover. As a result, the power supply protection cover Fc may be pushed outward from the separation legs Tg', Tg', or the insulating cover Ti
The cut ends Tie, Tie are moved away from each other, and the end of the cover Ti is separated from the power feeding section protective cover Fc, creating a gap G. Such deformation of the power feeding section protective cover Fc and the gaps G between the respective covers Ti and Fc will not only expose the trolley conductor Tm to the outside, creating a very dangerous situation such as electric shock, but also cause damage to the current collector (holder). Lateral vibration control is not performed properly, and when the current collector passes through, the insulation cover edge Ti
This increased the chance of collisions with the edge of the power supply protection cover Fc, resulting in frequent derailment and, in the worst case scenario, derailment.

Furthermore, in addition to the above-mentioned problem with the current collection function, the insulating cover Ti is completely cut and removed.
The strength between them was reduced, increasing the risk of damage during handling, such as breakage of the trolley conductor.

With this configuration, the power supply terminal 3
At 0, power is supplied to the steel tape 3, while the legs 11, 11 of the insulating cover 10 at the power supply terminal attachment part are separated at the top and bottom on the left and right, but remain continuous and integrated in the longitudinal direction and are connected to the trolley conductor. 1, the tight integration with the trolley conductor 1 is not lost, and appropriate strength can be maintained. Since it is supported by the close contact portion, it can sufficiently withstand lateral stress and be guided reliably even when the current collector passes.

It is preferable to cover the attached power supply terminal 40 with an insulating case, and by closing the cutout window 30 with the case, exposure of the live part can be eliminated. As is clear from the above explanation, according to the insulated trolley with a power feeding part of the present invention, even when the power feeding part is set, the pair of leg-shaped bodies of the insulating cover are seamlessly and continuously held in the longitudinal direction in close contact with the trolley conductor. Because of this, the collector can run stably in contact without being separated or derailed, and since the leg-like bodies remaining due to the notches remain tightly integrated with the trolley conductor, no tension is applied to the trolley conductor. It has the advantage that it does not deform at all even if it expands and contracts due to temperature changes, and there is no need to worry about exposing or breaking the trolley conductor, making it easy to install.

In other words, the power supply terminal can be attached without any processing of the trolley conductor, so when the conductor is installed under tension, its proof strength against the tension does not decrease. This solves the problem of increased slack.

In addition, since the pair of conductive grips that will become the power supply terminals are sandwiched between both sides of the protruding strip of the trolley conductor exposed in the cutout window, there are two connection points between the power supply terminal and the trolley conductor, and the electricity is Highly reliable.

Furthermore, the conductive grips are located on both sides of the notched window, and the tightening bolts of the conductive grips cross the notched window on the back side of the protrusion of the conductor, so that the power supply terminal can be connected to the insulating cover. 1. An insulating cover that has a protrusion on the back of the collector contact part and is continuously covered with a pair of leg-like parts that closely surrounds the protrusion in the longitudinal direction of the trolley conductor and protrudes apart from the collector contact part side. is an insulated trolley having an insulated trolley, in which the back side portion of the insulated trolley and its back side portion remain at any position in the longitudinal direction of the insulated cover, with the pair of leg-shaped bodies and the part that is in close contact with the trolley conductor extending from the base thereof remaining. A cutout window is formed by cutting the consecutive side parts until they reach the conductor protrusion, and a pair of conductive grips that serve as power supply terminals are placed on both sides of the protrusion part of the trolley conductor exposed in the cutout window. An insulating trolley with a power feeding part, characterized in that a bolt for tightening the conductive grip body is made to cross the protruding part facing the cutout window on the back side of the protruding part.
