However, in the past, when constructing walls on-site, ventilation passages were formed within the walls, but since the ventilation passages were formed on-site, construction on-site was complicated; Since the walls are also filled with heat insulating material, there are problems in that the heat insulating material blocks the ventilation passages, or the heat insulating material is not filled sufficiently.

The wall panel 1 with the exterior material 6 attached to it through the wall panel 15 to form the ventilation passage 3 between the face plate 7 and the exterior material 6 is attached to the outer wall at the part where it connects to the roof panel 17 on the lower floor. The auxiliary frame material 15 and exterior material 6 below the roof panel 17 are cut off, and the ventilation passage 3 above the roof panel 17 is communicated with the attic 20 below the roof panel 17. By configuring as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved.

る。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. As shown in FIG. 1, a wall panel 1 is constructed, and an interior material 5 and a face plate 7 such as plywood are attached to both sides of a frame 4, respectively, and a heat insulating material is placed between the interior material 5 and the face plate 7. 2 is loaded. An auxiliary frame material 15 is attached to the outer surface of the face plate 7 by nailing or the like, and an exterior material 6 is attached to this auxiliary frame material 15, and a ventilation passage 3 is formed between the face plate 7 and the exterior material 6. be. This wall panel 1 is manufactured at a factory, and the loading of the heat insulating material 2 and the formation of the ventilation passages 3 are also performed at the factory. The ventilation passage 3 opens in the vertical direction of the wall panel 1, and auxiliary frame members 15 are not attached to the top and bottom.
In FIG. 2, 9 is the floor beam on the upper floor, and the wall panel 1 is placed on the L-shaped fitting 10 of the floor beam 9 with a recess 1 at the lower end.
1 is fitted, and the mounting bracket 12 provided on the upper surface of the wall panel 1 is attached to the roof beam 21 on the upper floor. Then, at the connection point with the roof panel 17 on the lower floor, the exterior material 6 and the auxiliary frame material 15 below the roof panel 17 are cut off, and the attic 20 below the roof panel 17 and the ventilation passage 3 above the roof panel 17 are cut off. be communicated. In Figure 2, 13 is a curtain plate;
16 is the roof of the lower floor, 18 is the eaves, 19 is the insulation material, and 22 is the floor of the upper floor. This roof panel 17
The parts other than the parts connected to the wall panel 1 are constructed by normal panel construction using the above wall panel 1, and the ventilation passages 3 of the upper and lower wall panels 1 are connected so as to communicate with each other vertically.
Therefore, not only the walls but also the attic 20 can be ventilated by the wall panel 1.

Of course, it is possible to simplify the on-site construction when constructing on-site, but it is also possible to attach a wall panel to the outer wall of the part that connects with the roof panel on the lower floor, and to attach an auxiliary frame to the part of this wall panel below the roof panel. By cutting off the timber and the exterior material, the ventilation passage and the attic under the roof panel can be communicated and ventilated, and not only can the outer wall be ventilated, but also the attic can be easily ventilated.
