にエルボを固着したエルボ付きタンクの製造方法
に関するものである。

従来のこの種のタンクの製造方法は、まずタン
クを中空成形法により成形した後、エルボの座面
を熱溶着によりタンクの所定の個所に固着する手
段がとられていた。

ならず、このときにタンクに略没等の変形が生じ
やすく、また溶着時の位置決めが困難であるとい
う不具合があつた。

ようにしたエルボ付きタンクの製造方法を提供し
ようとするものである。

台座5により閉じられており、またこのパイプ部
材6の基端に対向する折り曲げ部上面には開放穴
7が設けてある。なおこのエルボ素材3aは射出
成形によりあらかじめ成形しておく。

エルボ素材3aの台座5を中空成形と同時にタン
ク本体1に溶着し、ついでエルボ素材3aの開放
穴7よりパイプ部材6の基端を穿孔し、その後上
記開放穴7を栓体12にて閉じるようにしたか
ら、タンクの中空成形時に、これと同時にエルボ
を溶着することができて、従来のような圧着によ
るタンクの変形が防止できると共に、位置決めを
考慮することなく所定の位置に精確にエルボを溶
着することができる。

にて閉じるようにしたことを特徴とするエルボ付
