【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この発明は、化学等級およびポリマー等級プロ
ピレンの製造方法に関し、具体的には、プロピレ
ンを含有している供給原料を蒸留して、前記2つ
の等級のプロピレンを製造する方法に関する。
(従来の技術) プロピレンは、プロパン供給原料の脱水素反応
を一般的に伴う種々の技法によつて調製される。
プロパンからのプロピレンの製造に適している触
媒方法では、エアー、プロダクツ、アンド、ケミ
カルス社のホウドライ事業部(the Houdry di−
vision of Air Products and Chemicals,Inc.)
が登録商標カトフイン(Catofin〓佻疹ι献〓肇侫ぅ鵝
〓〓達瓧遙錚罍蕋〓叩〓

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 供給原料が下記の成分、すなわち、 モル% エタン 0〜2 プロピレン 35〜60 プロパン 33〜58 C4 +炭化水素(ブタン、ペンタンなど) 0〜5 メチルアセチレン(プロピン) 75〜150ppm プロパジエン 75〜150ppm からなり、 前記供給原料を蒸留塔に装入する工程と、 前記供給原料を蒸留し、該供給原料内における
    35乃至55モル%のプロピレン含有し純度が92乃至
    96モル%である切期プロピレン留分をオーバーヘ
    ツド留分として回収し、かつ、該供給原料の残余
    で構成されている底部留分を回収する工程と、 前記底部留分をプロピレンを気化させるための
    条件下で蒸留し、約99乃至99.8モル%の濃度のプ
    ロピレンで主として構成されているオーバーヘツ
    ド留分を回収し、かつ、プロパン、プロバジエ
    ン、メチルアセチレンおよび前記C4 +炭化水素か
    ら成る底部留分を回収する工程とから成り、プロ
    パンの脱水素反応によつて得られる前記供給原料
    から2つの等級のプロピレンを製造することを特
    徴とする化学等級およびポリマー等級プロピレン
    の製造方法。 2 前記初期プロピレン留分は、その濃度が93乃
    至95モル%であることを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第1項記載の化学等級およびポリマー等級プロ
    ピレンの製造方法。 3 前記初期プロピレン留分は、前記供給原料内
    における40乃至45モル%のプロピレンから初期プ
    ロピレン留分として回収されることを特徴とする
    特許請求の範囲第2項記載の化学等級およびポリ
    マー等級プロピレンの製造方法。
