この発明はクリーンルーム等に清浄空気を導入
するとき又は原子力施設の排気などに使用される

て流れるもので、図の右からでも、左側からでも
何れの方向から流れてもよい。

を切るとそのまゝ永久磁石となり、逆に通電する
と磁力が解除されるようになつていることを特徴
とする前記特許請求の範囲各項の何れか1項に記
