本発明はランナー・ゲート除去装置に関し、特
に自立型チエーンリード線形態の電子部品をトラ
ンスフアーモールドシステムで樹脂封止したモー
ルド成形品のランナー及びゲート部を除去する装

従来、トランスフアー成形品のランナー及びゲ
ート部の除去には手作業による手段と、プレスに
よる手段があるが手作業による手段ではトランス
フアー成形機で外装成形した後、樹脂が完全硬化
する前(約10秒以内)にランナー及びゲート部を
除去しないと第8図、第9図に示す如く、成形品
の表面に欠け及びゲート部の残りによる凹凸状の
突起が出来る。また、複数個取りの成形品の場合
には短時間(約10秒以内)にランナー及びゲート
部を除去することが困難であるばかりか手作業で
あるため電子部品の引出しリード線となるチエー
ンリード線が第10図の如く曲りやすい。一方、
プレスによる手段では成形樹脂の収縮にバラツキ
があるためゲート部と成形品とを折り曲げる位置
が定まらずさらには複数個のランナー及びゲート
部を除去する場合は成形品の表面に欠け、キズ及
びゲート部の残りによる凹凸状の突起が出来る。
従つて従来手段ではリード線の曲り、成形品の欠
け及びゲート部の残りによる突起は外観品質を低
下させるばかりか、後工程での捺印作業及び特性

子8の下面にはフツクピン11が固定され、この
フツクピン11には移動板4の下面に取り付けら
れたブラケツト12を介して引張りバネ13がセ
ツトされている。また移動板4の下面にはシリン
ダー14が取り付けてあり、上面には第3図に示
すローデイングフレーム15を位置ぎめするため
