A similar waterproofing method has been proposed. In this type of pre-waterproofing construction method, there is little expectation of adhesion between the waterproof sheet and the post-cast concrete, and therefore, if groundwater enters through damaged parts of the waterproof sheet or defects in the seams of the waterproof sheet, there is a risk of intrusion. Water runs across the interface between the waterproof sheet and the post-cast concrete, causing widespread leakage. This kind of problem can be solved to some extent by, for example, adhering the waterproof sheet to the post-cast concrete through an adhesive layer that has been formed on the surface of the waterproof sheet in advance, but the formation of the adhesive layer may cause it to stick to the worker's clothing. In addition to operational problems such as drying, there is also the problem of reduced adhesion due to dust adhesion. To solve these problems, covering the adhesive layer with a water-soluble film
This will lead to an increase in the manufacturing cost of the tarpaulin sheet and, in turn, the cost of waterproofing work, so neither is a desirable solution.

This relates to a pre-waterproofing method for underground structures, which is characterized by pouring concrete between them.

After gluing in the usual manner, for example by applying an adhesive 4, concrete 5 is poured between the inner and outer forms 3, 3'.

A state of bonding and adhesion that does not change can be obtained. Therefore, even if damage or defects occur in the waterproof sheet 2 or its joints, almost no water will enter the interface between the waterproof sheet 2 and the concrete 5, making it difficult to apply adhesive. A good waterproof effect that does not change can be obtained. Furthermore, since the waterproof sheet 2 and the concrete 5 are integrated into one body by the insertion of the protrusions 1, even the upper end of the formwork, which does not receive much of the pouring pressure of the concrete 5, is subjected to a large pouring pressure. It can ensure the same bonding condition as the lower part,
The same waterproofing effect can be obtained for both the top and bottom of the formwork.

Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 4 to 6, if the protrusions 1 are formed into hexagonal rings (Fig. 5) or square rings (Fig. 6) and are gathered together, the damaged part of the waterproof sheet 2 can be Concrete 5 from etc.
Even if water enters the interface with the block, the water will stop at the block and prevent the water from spreading to the surrounding area.

For example, when the protrusions 1 are as shown in FIGS. Although it depends on the size, the appropriate number is usually about 10,000 to 1,000,000 pieces/ m2 , preferably about 100,000 to 400,000 pieces/ m2 . Further, in the case of a ring shape as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a radius of about 20 to 50 mm is appropriate.

効果の向上を達成し得る特徴を有する。Effects of the invention In the construction method of the present invention, the waterproof sheet is bonded to the concrete through the protrusions, so even if the waterproof sheet is damaged, underground water will only enter the damaged area, resulting in a high degree of waterproofing. In addition to ensuring its effectiveness, since it is sufficient to simply form protrusions on the tarpaulin sheet, the tarpaulin sheet is much cheaper than the conventional method of forming an adhesive layer or covering the layer with a water-soluble film. It has the characteristic that such an improvement in waterproofing effect can be achieved without causing an increase in the manufacturing cost of the sheet or the construction cost.
