The tile sheet method is a construction method in which tiles are made into units using synthetic resin films, etc., and then attached to formwork.
The joint method is a method in which pre-molded joints made of rubber, styrofoam, etc. are attached to a formwork, and tiles are fitted and fixed into the formwork.

Furthermore, the crosspiece method is a construction method mainly used for large-sized special tiles, and is a method in which crosspieces are attached to a formwork according to the tile grouting, and the tiles are arranged along the crosspieces.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the above tile sheet method is unsuitable for large tiles because dust etc. can get into the sheet and the tile joints cannot be adjusted.
It has drawbacks such as being time consuming and expensive.

In addition, in the joint method described above, the dimensions of the joints are fixed, so it is necessary to prepare several types of joints in advance according to the dimensions of the tiles to be used, which increases the labor and unit cost of the allocation process. Moreover, it has the disadvantage that it produces a lot of leftover material and is not particularly suitable for small tiles.

Furthermore, with the above-mentioned crosspiece method, since the crosspieces themselves do not have the ability to absorb and fix dimensional errors in the tiles, the tiles themselves must be fixed by nailing, etc., which makes cleaning up difficult and small. Not only is it unsuitable for tiles, but it also has the disadvantage of requiring a great deal of labor and time, such as applying tape to prevent the mortar paste from leaking from the gaps between the crosspieces and the tiles.

A somewhat improved version of this crosspiece method is a method in which elastic joint materials or joint materials with elastic members attached to them are attached to the formwork with adhesive according to the tile joint division, and tiles are fitted between these joint materials. There are problems such as the adhesive softening at high temperatures and reducing the holding power of the tiles, and the adhesive remaining on the formwork surface when removing the grout from the formwork, which must be cleaned. It was hot.

In addition, with the above-mentioned conventional pier method, especially when applied to SRC buildings, when erecting the formwork with the tiles pre-attached, the impact caused by the erecting and fixing work is large, making the tiles easy to fall off. A preventive measure was desired.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and to meet the demands. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent the tile holding power from decreasing even at high temperatures, and to maintain the shape of the mold after removing the joint material. To provide a joint material for attaching a tile first, which not only facilitates the cleaning of the frame but also can securely hold the tile against impact caused by the work of setting and fixing the formwork and prevent the tile from falling off.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 3B, the upper side of the tile 12 is pressed from below against the elastic member 3 of the upper side joint material 1, and by compressing this, the upper and lower side joint materials 1, 1 are compressed. Insert it in between. Therefore, as is clear from FIG. 3C, the tile 12 is supported by the hard member 2 of the lower side joint material 1, and does not fall off due to the elastic repulsive force of the elastic member 3 of the upper side joint material 1. It is maintained as follows.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4A, the vertical joint material 6 is pressed against and adhered to the side surface of the fitted tile 12, and the next tile 12 is attached to the upper and lower horizontal joint materials 1 as shown in FIG. 4B. , 1 while being moved laterally in the direction of the vertical joint material 6, and the vertical joint material 6 is sandwiched and bonded. At this time, the position of the tile 12 is adjusted using the elasticity of the elastic members 8 on both sides of the vertical joint material 6, and the vertical joint material 6 is attached to the formwork 11 with nails or staples 13 as shown in FIG. Fix it. Subsequently, the next vertical joint material 6 is pressed and adhered to the tile 12, and then the next tile 12
Install. In this way, vertical joint material 6 and tile 12
The tiles 12 are attached to the formwork 11 first by laying them out alternately.
