This requires adjusting the clearance between the window frame and shoji when assembling them.
In addition, it was difficult to assemble the shoji into the window frame at a factory site because it took time and effort to attach the rotating shaft.
従来、窓枠と障子とを組立てるには、第3図

に、予め枠組みされた障子2を取り付けていた。 Conventionally, in order to assemble a window frame and a shoji, a pre-framed window frame 1 is used as shown in Figures 3a and 3b.
A pre-framed shoji 2 was attached to the shoji.

Therefore, it was difficult to easily assemble the two, so they were assembled in the following order.

つた。 According to the above-mentioned conventional example, it is necessary to rotate the shoji several degrees to adjust and fix the shoji to the window frame, which is time-consuming, and in the case of large windows, the height of the assembly table must be raised. Moreover, the workability was poor.

Furthermore, if the window frame and the shoji are individually assembled, a certain degree of dimensional error will inevitably occur in each assembly. According to the conventional assembly method, the window frame and the shoji, which have these dimensional errors, are assembled with a predetermined distance between them, and the window frame side fittings 6 are fully tightened while making adjustments, which requires a lot of effort. However, there were some problems, such as sometimes it was difficult to make adjustments.
