(Conventional technology) Conventionally, several stages of conveyors were installed inside the processing chamber.
A conveyor that sequentially transfers items from the upper level to the next level is, for example,
This is known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3591 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-9189, etc., and in the former, several independent stages of conveyors are arranged alternately with their positions shifted to the left and right, and the articles on the upper conveyor are transferred from the end of the conveyor to the next conveyor. The latter is a system in which a series of chain conveyors are suspended in a meandering manner, with a part of the chain conveyor inside the processing chamber extending outside the processing chamber, and the transfer plate is pivoted to this chain conveyor. and hold the transfer plate horizontally while engaging the guide to convey the article;
When it comes off the guide, it hangs down, causing the articles on the upper conveyor to fall onto the next conveyor, thereby transferring the articles.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Among the conventional conveyors mentioned above, an inexpensive conveyor with a general structure is sufficient, but if it becomes contaminated, it must be cleaned within the processing room. However, there are problems in that it is very troublesome and it is not possible to check the cleaning results, making cleaning work difficult.
Since this part can be cleaned, the cleaning results can be confirmed, and the droplets do not adhere to other parts of the conveyor or the processing chamber, so complete cleaning without leaving any dirt is possible. There was a problem in that a complicated structure had to be adopted in which a large number of transfer plates were rotatably attached to the chain, and a guide with a portion of the terminal end side was engaged with the transfer plates.

B. Structure of the invention (means for solving problems) In order to achieve the above object, the transfer conveyor of the present invention enters the processing chamber from above on one side and exits from below while meandering inside the processing chamber. a first conveyor that returns to its original position, and a second conveyor that enters the processing chamber from above the other, meanderes between the stages of the first conveyor, exits from below, and returns to its original position. In addition, parts of the first and second conveyors are located outside the processing chamber, and cleaning means is provided near the positions.

(Function) The transfer transfer conveyor configured as described above rotates the first and second conveyors 5 and 7 in opposite directions at the same speed while transferring the first and second conveyors at the entrance 2 of the processing chamber 1. When the article is supplied to the starting end of the conveyor 5, the article is carried to the left side as shown in the drawing by the first stage transfer section a of the first conveyor 5, and when it reaches the end, it is transferred to the first stage of the second conveyor 7. The first conveyor 5 falls into the second stage transfer section b of the first conveyor 5, is carried to the left by this section, and is carried from the last end to the second stage. It falls to the second-stage transfer section f of the conveyor 7 and is carried to the right side. Repeating the same operation as above, it is sequentially transferred and transferred from transfer section f to c, from c to g, from g to d, and from d to h. From, processing chamber 1
By supplying steam, hot air, cold water, etc. into the container and bringing it into contact with the articles to be transferred, the articles can be automatically and uniformly subjected to treatments such as heating, sterilization, and cooling.

Further, if the above-mentioned processing is continued, the first and second conveyors 5 and 7 become dirty due to adhesion of residues and the like from the articles.
In this case, a cleaning means disposed near the first and second conveyors 5 and 7 located outside the processing chamber 1, for example,
If the conveyors 5 and 7 are cleaned using the cleaning nozzles 9 and 12, the cleaning results can be checked.
During cleaning, droplets may fall onto other parts of the conveyor or processing room 1.
It will not adhere to the surface and stain them.
