However, it may be left in the human body for a considerable period of time, and its usage is not necessarily uniform. In particular, when indwelling in a human body, a so-called balloon catheter is used, which is equipped with a device that can form a balloon-like substance on the outside of the catheter tube in order to fix the catheter in a desired position or temporarily occlude the target organ. However, no T-shaped catheter has ever been equipped with such a device.

Therefore, it was difficult to stably indwell it in the human body. Also, since the inner diameter of the biliary tract and the outer diameter of the catheter tube are not necessarily equal, it is important to note that the drugs discharged outside the catheter tube
The contrast medium has to be diffused into the biliary tract, and it is inconvenient that it cannot be kept in a specific area temporarily, which is one of the factors that restricts medical treatment.
Furthermore, it is not possible to prevent the drug/contrast medium once discharged from the catheter lateral tube from flowing back into the tube, which also becomes a hindrance to later collection of body fluids. Furthermore, it is inconvenient that the drug/contrast medium cannot be discharged from only one side of the catheter lateral tube. Even if the drug/contrast agent can be discharged from only one direction (for example, the direction of the common bile duct), because the inner diameter of the biliary duct and the outer diameter of the catheter tube are different as mentioned above, the drug/contrast agent discharged from only one side will be discharged from the bile duct and the catheter tube. It was not possible to prevent it from spreading to an unintended site (for example, in the direction of the hepatic duct) through the gap between the tube and the tube.

An air hole is penetrated so as to communicate with the outer surface of the wall, and the air hole is covered with a cylindrical outer balloon portion, and both ends thereof are fixed to the outer surface of the wall of the T-tube, and at a position where the air lumen is not provided. An air hole is penetrated so that the main lumen and the outer wall of the T-tube communicate with each other, and this is covered with an inner balloon portion and its periphery is fixed to the inner surface of the wall of the T-tube, and the air hole is connected to the outer balloon portion. The figure is a longitudinal sectional view showing an example of an embodiment in which a conventionally known T-shaped catheter having a connector portion and a plurality of check valve portions is equipped with the features of the present invention, and is not limited to this. do not have. T
The double tube 1 is made of silicone rubber or the like, and has a main lumen 2 and a plurality of air lumens 4 formed therein. The opening 10 of the connector part
is connected to a medical instrument for collecting body fluids and injecting a drug/contrast medium, and the opening 12 of the check valve section is connected to a fluid delivery device. The air lumen 4 has an air hole 5 that passes through the outer wall of the T-shaped tube 1 at its end, and covers the air hole 5 with an outer balloon portion 6 formed into a cylindrical shape using silicone rubber or the like. is fixed to the outer wall of the T-tube 1. Figure 2 is the first
It is an end view of the cross section taken along the line A-A' in FIG. Same figure and 1st
As shown in the figure, an air hole 7 is penetrated so that the main lumen 2 and the outer wall of the T-shaped tube 1 communicate with each other at a position where the air lumen 4 is not provided, and an inner balloon made of silicone rubber or the like is formed through the air hole 7. 8 and its periphery is fixed to the inner wall surface of the T-tube 1. As shown in the figure, the penetration position of the air hole 5 and the air hole 7 is such that when fluid is sent into the air lumen 4 from the opening 12, the balloon-shaped body formed by the outer balloon part 6 forms the inner balloon part 8. One method is to position the balloons in a shape that encloses the balloon-like body, but depending on the type of organ to be treated and the purpose of the treatment, it is also conceivable to provide the respective positions at different positions.

It is also possible to quickly form a balloon-like body or vice versa, and in this way the present invention can be used for a wide variety of surgical purposes.

The catheter inserted into the human body can be stabilized in position by the outer balloon part or the injected drug.
The contrast agent can be temporarily prevented from being diffused, and when necessary, by operating the check valve, the outer balloon portion can be deflated and the contrast agent can be diffused. On the other hand, the inner balloon part can be used to communicate only the selected side of the T-shaped tube and occlude the other side, or later perform the opposite operation to open the other side, depending on the medical purpose over time. The T-shaped catheter can be used in a timely manner, and the function of the T-shaped catheter, which is left in the human body for a long period of time, can be fully demonstrated. This point is particularly important. This is because capping and replacing the implanted T-shaped catheter is not something that can be done lightly because it is highly invasive to the patient. Further, by using different materials for forming the outer balloon part and the inner balloon part, it is possible to immediately respond to a wide variety of medical purposes as described above. To explain this with reference to FIG. 3, when the catheter is placed in the bile duct, when the duodenal balloon is inflated to contrast the intrahepatic bile duct, the outer balloon part 6 first becomes a balloon. The inside of the bile duct is formed and the inside of the bile duct is closed, and then the inner balloon part 8 forms a balloon state and closes the duodenal side of the main lumen 2.
When a contrast agent is injected, it flows into the intrahepatic bile duct. When performing contrast imaging on the duodenal side, inflate the balloon on the intrahepatic bile duct side in the same way. When only fixing the catheter (for example, injecting a drug), the amount of fluid inserted through the opening 12 may be adjusted so that only the outer balloon portion 6 is in a balloon state.
