本発明は簡単な方法により従来のボールバルブ
の製造方法より遥かに部品点数が少なく然も加工
数が少なく安価に製造し得るボールバルブの製造

あつて、一本のパイプ内にシート受け、シートボ

即ち、本発明によれば金属パイプ内にリング状
で且外周に凹所を有する一方のシート受けを挿入
し、このシート受けを前記パイプ内の両側より挿
入した押し治具にて両側より押圧し、一方の押し
治具の先端部よりの距離を規正した位置にパイプ
内にガイドピンを挿入し、このガイドピンの先端
部を一方の押し治具の凹部に係合することにより
前記シート受けの位置決めをなし、更にパイプを
シート受けの凹所内に絞る事によりシート受けを
固定し、ガイドピンを除去した後シート受けにリ
ング状の一方のシートを嵌合し、更にガイドピン
位置にステムをパイプ内より挿入して取付け次で
ボールバルブを一方のシートに当接すると共にそ
の上端がステムの下端と係合するように挿入し、
次で前記シートに対向するように他方の同様のリ
ング状のシートをボールバルブに当接するように
挿入し、更に外周にパツキングを収納した凹所を
有する前記シート受けに対向する他方のシート受
けを他方のシートに接するようにパイプ内に挿入
し、この他方のシート受けの外方のパイプ部分を
絞つて前記各要素を支持してなる事を特徴として

する一方のシート受けを挿入し、このシート受け
を前記パイプ内の内側より挿入した押し治具にて
両側より押圧し、一方の押し治具の先端部よりの
距離を規正した位置にパイプ内にガイドピンを挿
入し、このガイドピンの先端部を一方の押し治具
の凹部に係合することにより前記シート受けの位
置決めをなし、更にパイプをシート受けの凹所内
に絞る事によりシート受けを固定し、ガイドピン
を除去した後シート受けにリング状の一方のシー
トを嵌合し、更にガイドピン位置にステムをパイ
プ内より挿入して取付け次でボールバルブを一方
のシートに当接すると共にその上端がステムの下
端と係合するように挿入し、次で前記シートに対
向するように他方の同様のリング状のシートをボ
ールバルブに当接するように挿入し、更に外周に
パツキングを収納した凹所を有する前記シート受
けに対向する他方のシート受けを他方のシートに
接するようにパイプ内に挿入し、この他方のシー
ト受けの外方のパイプ部分を絞つて前記各要素を
支持してなるボールバルブの製造方法。1.
