In a poultry house, a large number of poultry cages are lined up in the longitudinal direction of the house to form cage rows, and the cage rows are stacked vertically in multiple layers and are also installed side by side. Therefore, the air inside the poultry cage and the house becomes stagnant, and odors tend to build up.
For this reason, in such poultry houses, ventilation is performed by forced air circulation, and consideration is given to the emission of odors.

In the example shown in Fig. 4, the air introduced from the air supply fans of both wives is sent into the triangular part of the attic (the attic ventilation duct), and is blown out into the house from the slit groove 5 of the ceiling board 4. There is. This air circulates through a poultry cage (not shown) placed inside the house, and is passed through a communication port 9 through a ventilation hole formed in the gap between the roof 2 and the inner roof 3 and between the wall 6 and the inner wall 7. The air is guided through the duct to the exhaust section 8 or the lower part of the ridge 1, and is exhausted to the outside from here.

To this end, the air conditioning system for a poultry farming facility of the present invention constitutes a poultry cage unit by stacking cage rows in which a large number of poultry cages are arranged in multiple stages on both sides of a poultry cage stand, with the intervals gradually narrowing from the lower tier to the upper tier. A plurality of poultry cage units are arranged to form a passageway between the poultry cage units, an air-conditioning air outlet is provided on the ceiling directly above the passageway, and a plurality of step stools are attached from below on both sides of the poultry cage stand. The present invention is characterized in that an air guide plate is attached to the footstool so as to guide air from the air-conditioning air outlet toward the poultry cage side.

In the air conditioning system for a poultry farming facility of the present invention, a plurality of steps are attached from below both sides of the poultry cage stand, so the number of steps can be increased. In addition, air conditioning air outlets were installed in the ceiling directly above the passageway, and air guide plates were attached to the foot stools to guide the air from the air conditioning air outlets to the poultry cage side, so the air tends to get trapped. Air can be introduced to the inside of the poultry cage unit, increasing the odor evacuation effect.

By doing this, the air blown out with a certain spread from the slit groove 5 of the ceiling board 4 partially flows upward of the poultry cage unit 10 as shown by the arrow in the figure, and also flows downward near the floor. It turns out. Therefore, if the intervals between the poultry cage units 10 are narrow and the air flow tends to be biased upward, by tilting the poultry cage units 10 as shown in the figure, the spread of the air blown out from the slit grooves 5 can be adjusted appropriately. By doing so, air flows almost evenly to each cage from the communication port 9 to the exhaust section 8.
Alternatively, it is guided to the lower part of ridge 1 and discharged outside from here. Therefore, odors in the poultry cages located in the corners and lower parts of the house can also be effectively discharged.

1 are lined up to form cage rows 12, and these cage rows 12 are stacked back to back in multiple tiers on both sides of a cage stand 20 composed of horizontal members 18, vertical members 14, etc. The cages are arranged in a pedestal shape that slopes inward one after another, and a foot stool 17 is provided in front of the lower row of cages 12. Generally, the upper cages near the slit groove 5 receive a larger amount of air, but by arranging the cage rows 12 of the poultry cage unit at an angle, as shown in FIG. By increasing the number, it is possible to balance the air flow between the upper and lower sides.

If the air guide plate 21 is provided at the foot stool 17,
In order to guide the air from the front of the cage flowing downward toward the inside of the cage, a slit groove 5 in the ceiling plate 4 is used.
The air blown out from the cage can be more effectively guided into each cage. Note that the air guide plate 21 is
It goes without saying that it may be integrally constructed with the underframe 13 of the footstool 17 as shown in FIG. 3a, or it may be attached to the underframe 13 or the support 19 as shown in FIG. 3b. .

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a plurality of step stools are attached from below on both sides of a poultry cage stand corresponding to the cage rows, so A footstool can be used to increase the number of rows of cages that can be stacked. In addition, since the air conditioning air outlet is installed in the ceiling directly above the aisle, the air from the outlet reaches all the way to the bottom of the row of cages, and the air from the air conditioning outlet is guided to the step stool toward the poultry cage side. By installing an air guide plate in this way, air can be introduced into the inside of the poultry cage unit, where air tends to get trapped. Therefore, the odor evacuation effect can be improved.
