〔発明の属する技術分野〕
本発明は射出成形当の金型に対する温度調整の

に設けた管路接離用アクチエータにより固定盤側
の供給口を金型側の受給口に接合する形式のもの
が提案されていた。このような機構でも気液媒体
の自動接離は可能であるが次のような欠点があつ
た。即ち第1としてアクチエータを使用している
ので装置が複雑になりコストが高い。第2として
アクチエータが動作している間は次の工程に入れ
ないので時間がかかり生産性を低くしている。第
3として配管用カプラの供給口と受給口の芯出し
を正確にする必要があるため加工と取付が困難で
コストを高くしていた。

体管路が自動的に接離することにより、コストが
低くかつ動作時間を短くして生産性を高くした金
型への気液媒体管路自動接離装置を提供すること
にある。

本発明における気液媒体管路自動接離装置は、

媒体受給用管路の一側を開口した受給側ブロツク
と、供給側ブロツクおよび受給側ブロツクの対向
面の何れか一側に設けたパツキングとからなり、
金型を成形機に取付けたとき2個のブロツクの気
液媒体供給用管路および気液媒体供給用管路は密
に接続するようにしたこと特徴とする。

ツキン14を設けた側の面は固定盤11の金型取
付面とほぼ平行になされている。固定盤11に取
付けられる固定金型15の一側には気泡媒体受給
用の管路16を有する受給側ブロツク17が取付
けてあり、管路16は管路12の中心とほぼ一致
する位置にある。また受給側ブロツク17の供給
側ブロツク13に対向する面は固定金型15の取
付面とほぼ平行になされている。

的軽い力で移動可能であるので、固定金型15を
固定盤11から外すと受給ブロツク31は固定金
型15と共に押部材34に押されて後退し、両管
路22と32との連通は断たれ気液媒体の固定金

が接続されるようにしたパツキンから成る金型へ
の気液媒体管路自動接離装置。 2 前記両ブロツクのうちの少くとも一側のブロ
ツクに、金型が夫々の取付盤から外れているとき
